RESTMO Water Flow Meter, Measure Gallon/Liter Consumption and Flow Rate

I bought the RESTMO Water Flow Meter with the brass inlet and outlet specifically for my camper, and it’s been a really useful addition. I use it when flushing my black tank so I can see exactly how much water I’m putting in, and it takes a lot of the guesswork out of the process. Great value for this item and compatible with any hose connection I believe. The brass fittings are solid and feel high-quality—no leaks and much more durable than the cheaper plastic ones. The display is easy to read, and it tracks water usage accurately enough for what I need. It’s especially helpful to avoid overfilling while still making sure I’m flushing thoroughly. Setup is simple—just connect it inline with the hose and you’re good to go. It’s one of those small upgrades that makes camper maintenance a lot easier and more controlled. Overall, I’m really happy with it. If you’re flushing tanks or just want to monitor water usage at your campsite, this is definitely worth it.

I picked up this RESTMO water flow gauge to use with my camper van, which has a 30 gallon freshwater tank, and it has been an excellent addition to my setup. My main goal was to avoid overfilling the tank while still knowing exactly how much water I was adding, and this gauge does that perfectly. Installation could not be easier. It screws right onto a standard garden hose and then onto the camper inlet with no leaks or fuss. It comes with a coin style battery already included, so it is ready to use right out of the box. Once water starts flowing, the screen turns on automatically, which is very convenient. When the water stops, it shuts itself off, so there is no need to worry about draining the battery. The accuracy is what really impressed me. I filled my tank multiple times and the gallon count has been consistently spot on. Knowing exactly how many gallons are going in lets me stop filling before the tank reaches capacity, which saves water and prevents messy overflows. This is especially helpful at campgrounds where water pressure can vary. Resetting the gauge is simple. You just hold down the green button for a couple of seconds and it clears the count, making it easy to start fresh for each fill. The display is clear and easy to read, even in outdoor lighting. Overall, this water flow gauge works very well and does exactly what it claims. It is accurate, easy to use, and extremely practical for camper van owners. I really like this product and would recommend it to anyone who wants better control over their water usage.

We never knew how much “actual water” was in our black tank when we would need to fill it to rinse it out. This takes all the guesswork out of that. It shows how many gallons are flowing through. If you have a camper and want to know exactly how much water you put in your tank, I highly recommend.

I do a lot of RV camping and always need a reliable water meter to gauge how much water I'm putting into my fresh-water tank or how much water I've put into the other RV tanks. This thing is well built, sturdy, accurate (very important) and reliable. The LCD screen is easy to see for those who have close-up reading issues. The connectors are made of brass, so there is no chance of rusting. And if you need to adjust the screen so that's it's easier to read, no worries, the rotatable control panel makes so that you change the orientation of the screen. Cool! And since it's weather proof, you don't have to worry about leaving it hooked up to your hose. I highly recommend the RESTMO Water Flow Meter.

Didn't realize devices like this existed until recently, when it became a need to know situation with some water flow. So, very cool. This is a quality made device, everything about it "feels" right. Packaging is good, instructions are good. Display is easy to read. But, two minor issues: Maybe this is subjective, but for me the display is upside down. Holding the device with a hose attached, the display should be exactly 180 degrees the other way. I guess if you hold the discharge hose, it's right. Hmmm. Other item of note in the instructions, it says the device should be held vertically for best results. Ok, it goes on the end of a hose, or on a hose spigot, and very often a vertical orientation isn't possible. It does seem to work ok horizontally, with no difference in values, but still? So I can't compare it to other devices, but I'd love to hear from the company about those two items. It sure seems like a very good product could be better.

Before these I had some plastic ones. These seem much more sturdy. I like that they can be set to current use and therefore reset after each use without having to hold buttons to reset. I only need to know how much is going into tank each time I turn on water.

These work Fantastic I use them when I back flush my black and Gray water tanks on my r.v niw i know how much water is going in when I'm back flushing tanks, so I do not overflow my R.V. I've had other r v friends purchase them when they saw what I was using mine for. Highly recommend.

Setup and first use…. The battery (a button battery) was hard to seat in the battery compartment. The contacts are small and the battery is not supported well so it moves around while you are screwing the cover on. It took a couple of tries to get it in correctly so the metal leads made proper contact. The first time I set it up, it worked fine. Used it for about a week, continuously with a pool fill shutoff to keep my pool filled and it worked fine. Then I stored it indoors for about 2 weeks. Second use….. Took it out of storage and it does not work. I can see there is water inside the LCD screen. Surprisingly the unit is not waterproof and water must have made its way inside and shorted it out somehow. Tried drying out as much as I could and replacing the battery, but it still does work. I’m still within my 30 day return window and will see if they take it back. I would count not being waterproof a defect.

Quality product and seems fairly accurate; did a calibration test and volume was reasonably close to measured. Highly recommended for setting watering volumes for new shrubs.

Item is solid, works great, perfect for filling the rv.
