I bought these to go on an external SSD that kept getting really hot while using it. They stuck on, and work perfectly, drawing heat away from the drive, and hopefully extending its lifespan!

Purchased to add heat sinks to the NICs and various chips on my Topton firewall, these are great! For the money, one gets a good number of heat sinks in assorted sizes. Each has thermal transfer compound on the rear, just feel away the backing tape and affix to the device. In operation, they do transfer heat. How efficiently Im not too concerned about (and hve no way of measuring). What I can state is the sinks are warm, thus proving that heat is being transferred. My reason for purchasing was 'preventative' rather than remediative;, ie I wanted to avoid heat issues than resolve a specific issue, and thus for the price these were ideal. 10/10!

As others have said this comes with thermal resistant tape as opposed to thermal transfer tape. To be clear, that does the opposite of what you would want. Other than that, I'm sure they will do the job once the tape is replaced.

The sinks are good but are attached to an ordinary PVC 3M 9448A double adhesive that is NOT heat conductive tape. For that reason I'm taking 2 stars away.

Problemslos einsetzbar, dank Klebeschicht in Sekundenschnelle monitiert. Auch die Wärmeableitung funktioniert gut, die Dinger werden sofort nach Einschalten des Bauteils warm. Sind nun einige Monate im Einsatz, bisher sind die so geschützten Schaltkreise alle intakt.

Ottimo dissipatore in alluminio. Colore originale. Si applica con facilità su qualsiasi superficie (schede, processori, integrati).
