I have given this set of darts five stars because the price is a good price for what they are. The only reason I am writing this is so that a person who is inexperienced with darts won't know the product listing is not quite honest. They are not "Professional" any conventional meaning of the word. These are inexpensive brass barreled darts with a blingy paint job. A truly "Professional" dart will always be made of a tungsten alloy. They will also match almost perfectly the weight described. (Meaning dart 1, dart 2 and dart 3 will all weigh exactly the same and will all be within one or so hundredths of a gram of the advertised weight.) These are about 8 to 14 hundredths grams between darts, and all are about 20 hundredths heavier than the 20 gram stated. The ones serious players buy undergo a factory "tune-up" at the end of the manufacturing process with precision grinding/filing. That's why they cost four or five times more than these. A new player, won't be able to tell the difference though for a year or more, if you still have the bug, then you can start the never ending quest to find that one set that is just a little better. The stems are of a generic variety, that can be found on any of a hundred other darts in this price range. (As a matter of fact, most darts in this price range are actually massed produced in the same factory to the same specs with a different paint job for each vendor.) Ditto the flights,,,, they are generic bargain basement variety flights, made at the same time as any of several different vendors with "custom" logo for each vendor. So why did I buy them and why do I give them Five Stars? Because they are what they are and sold at a good price for what they are. A good bargain. An inexperienced dart player will find them more, much more than adequate while they spend enough time to decide if darts is really something they want to take to the next level. They are made and priced for that person every serious dart shooter was when they first started. The option to switch between two different stem lengths is a good thing. Six extra flights is a good thing too. They are a tad light at 20 grams, but they will be good for any casual players that might drop by the house to play a game.I usually spend $50 to $100 to set-up a new set of darts to try out to see if it will be my next "favorite". I bought these because I was tired of people showing up to the house to shoot a few games and not bringing their own darts and abusing mine. They are perfect for that, and some pretty good players still play good with them.Bottom line, it's a bargain for the price, but don't expect a "Professional" dart. That description is targeted to people who don't know. It's not just this vendor,,, all sellers in this price range use this "Professional" in their headline.

Great for House Darts or Moving Beyond Beginner
Recently, a darts phenomenon has taken hold at the office. I have never played competitive darts, as most here have not. I have come to appreciate the competitive nature of darts, as well as the challenge of mental and physical control. It began with a well built "bucket o' darts" inexpensive set, a great place to start. I wanted to find something a bit better with a little more balance in order to improve my consistency, so the research began.I purchased this set, as well as three other brands, with a range of weight and shape. I also have recently purchased 2 sets of entry level "pro brand name" darts as a gift for two colleagues that are much better than myself. So, 3 different manufacturers, 5 variations on weight and size. I can say that after a number of rounds of practice, then a few games (received today just before lunch :), that these will be my consistent practice/play darts until I am ready for the next level.I don't believe it is possible to find a better set of darts for even close to this price, given what is in this package. If you are even thinking to take the next step beyond basic "let's chuck some darts toward that circle" leave the bucket o' darts behind and pick yourself up a set of these babies. The quality compared to what else was ordered (aside from the name brand...those were high quality at a much higher high price) was higher, specifically on the shafts.I will be ordering another 2 sets of these for home where my sons and I can learn the game and improve our skills. Until I understand more about the physical techniques of this game, I do not know why I would order anything else.Pros: PRICE/PERFORMANCE = the best value I could find for the next step in learning the game.Cons: Lack of choice. I would love to see this company put together 2 player sets with different weights and shapes. A huge part of learning the game is learning what weight and grip style you are comfortable with. I would like to buy heavier darts and different shaped darts for my practice sessions.

These darts are exceptional
These darts are exactly as advertised. They come packaged in a nifty cardboard box, perfect for compact storage. They appear to be well-made and are quite attractive. These are my "inexperienced visitor" darts, not the higher quality ones that I use personally, so I purchased the 20 gram (although I don't recall if they're available in a variety of weights) because I wanted a middle-of-the-road weight so they'd be suitable for most users. I weighed them and they were exactly 20 grams (without the flights). These are far superior to other darts in this price range that I've bought over many years. Highly recommended, and I'd buy them again. Also included is a card telling you that you can download a free e-book on darts from their website. I did, and it's a nice 18 page overview with history and rules for playing several versions of dart games. This is a very good product at a great value.UPDATE: I bought these darts about a week ago and, between myself and 2 people who were visiting, we put a ton of hours on them. And I've got to say, they're excellent darts. I like them so much that I just bought a 2nd set as a gift, and will buy another set for myself, just to have them on hand. It's really nice to find a quality product at such a reasonable price point. I wouldn't mind seeing them made available in a slightly heavier weight... maybe 24 grams. But these are great as they are.

Cool darts
I really like this product so far. I play darts with a friend and we are really enjoying using these. They come in a very nice packaging which also can be used for storage if you are moving around a lot. I haven’t had any problems with the darts so far but I am glad that it comes with multiple extra parts if you break something.
