Barsys 360 Cocktail Maker Machine (Black) : Smart Margarita Machine & Home Bartender Drink Maker for Cocktails, Mixed Drinks, and Mocktails

The Barsys 360 Cocktail Maker is such a fun and unique cocktail maker. I like to host, so this is the perfect addition to my hosting routine. The machine is easy to use and the app makes it a seamless experience. It also really love the design- it adds as a beautiful element in my living room! I’m also so impressed by the number of different drinks I can make. I think this machine is good for both the inexperienced and the one who knows how to make drinks but wants to cut the time it takes in half!

I purchased this Cocktail Maker to assist with entertaining and providing consistent quality drinks (it didn’t disappoint). The system delivered consistent, precise, quality drinks. It eliminated constant calls to make drinks (to ensure consistency). An eloquent solution, with very little wasted counter space. The app was easy to use and even recommended new drinks to use with current ingredients. Very Happy with my purchase

I am writing to express how disappointed and upset I am with my recent purchase of the Barsys 360. I purchased this machine as a Father’s Day gift for my husband because he was extremely excited about the product and looked forward to using it. The Barsys 360 itself is beautiful, well-designed, and looks like a premium product. Unfortunately, the app experience has completely overshadowed what should have been a wonderful gift and experience. After setting up the machine and filling all of the containers with alcohol, we were unable to access the app and complete the setup process. We attempted to use multiple phone numbers and different mobile carriers, yet we could not get past the verification process. To make matters worse, I was initially unable to reach customer support. After waiting, someone finally returned my call approximately 24 hours later. During that conversation, I was informed that I was using the wrong app and was directed to download a different app. Surprisingly, the correct app was not identified anywhere in the instructions provided with the product. Even after downloading the app that your representative stated was the correct one, I was still unable to get past the OTP verification process. Instead of working through the issue with us, I felt rushed off the phone. Shortly afterward, I received a message suggesting that the problem might be related to SMS messages or my mobile carrier. However, we have tried multiple phone numbers and carriers, and the issue remains unresolved. At this point, it is difficult to believe that the problem is solely related to our carriers when the same issue occurs across multiple devices and phone numbers. What should have been an exciting Father’s Day gift has turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. My husband was genuinely looking forward to using the Barsys 360, and it is heartbreaking that we have a fully stocked machine sitting unused because we cannot get through the app verification process. The concept behind this product is outstanding, and the machine itself is gorgeous. Unfortunately, the app and support experience have failed to deliver on the promise of the product. A device that depends on software should have a reliable setup process and clear instructions, neither of which we have experienced.

I have a friend of mine that uses the Barsys 360. Whenever I go to his house, we use his system to make drinks, and it is the easiest system to use. So, I went and purchased my own Barsys 360. I recently set it up over the weekend for the 4th of July. Downloaded the app and preloaded the alcohol,sour mixes and juices. Had some friends over and put the Barsys 360 through its paces! Every drink we made came out perfect! Perfect pours for just a solo glass of whiskey to the more complicated mixed drinks with sour mixes and juices. After the night was over and it was time to clean up the Barsys 360, it was so easy to do. I was able to empty all of the booze that wasn't used and put back into their original bottles and clean the lines out. Directions to setup, use and clean are super easy to follow! I would highly recommend this to everyone who would like to be a bartender in their own home during parties!

I have had the Barsys 360 for a few days now and it has already gotten a lot of use. I tried it on my own at first just to see how everything worked, and then I ended up using it during a small get together. My guests were honestly really impressed watching it mix their drinks. It feels pretty cool seeing it go through the motions on its own. Getting everything ready was simple enough. I like that you do not have to keep swapping bottles around because the machine uses reservoirs you fill instead of having bottles sticking out. The app walks you through every step and the recipes come out consistent most of the time. Though the app could definitely use some improvement, it kept freezing and required me to force close it and try again which got frustrating especially while guests were watching. My biggest complaint is how much the drink can splatter outside the glass while it is dispensing. It is not awful, but I definitely found myself wiping the base more often than I expected. It is also a little noisier than I thought it would be. Even with that, the drinks taste good, the options are fun, and it makes hosting easier since everyone can pick what they want without me mixing every single thing by hand. For what it does, I think it earns a solid four stars.

We got a Barsys Coaster last year and we find the combination of the Coaster and the new Barsys 360 a great way to satisfy different use cases. Some friends have a Bartesian but we are really happy with the Barsys devices because unlike the Bartesian devices, there are no pods to buy and with the Barsys app and hardware, you can make any drink you want exactly the way you want from whatever ingredients you have on hand in your bar or kitchen. As cocktail newbies, we found using the Coaster to experiment and try out new drinks and to tailor drinks to our particular tastes really easy and simple with the Barsys app - initially, there were some bugs and annoying things with the UX/UI of the app, but almost all of these have been fixed in the latest updates and we've enjoyed exploring and discovering new drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and using the Coaster. The content on the app is also getting a lot better and more and more recipes and mixlists are available which makes it fun to use the devices. We find the main use cases for the Barsys 360 to be: 1) once you know your "signature" drinks/cocktails, the Barsys 360 is awesome at hosting events and parties where you can showcase these. The 360 allows you to host but not have to be the bartender all night - so you can enjoy the party instead of mixing drinks; 2) while perishable ingredients like juices, and some mixers can't be left in the machine for long periods of time, anything with a decent shelf-life can be left in and having the ability to push a button and have a nice Negroni tailored to your own tastes on demand is pretty awesome. Loading, flushing and cleaning aren't too much of a hassle with the app if you want a more complicated drink but that's why we also have a Coaster! One thing that we'd like to see to make the experience better is the ability to see a shopping list for the mix lists and to have a "starter" kit or kits that you can order with the device (or from nearby stores) so that the friction points of the out-of-the box experience are removed. When we first got the 360, we didn't take it out of the box for a few weeks because we didn't know what we should put in the reservoirs to best make drinks we liked - once we solved that problem, it was a lot easier to want to use the device. The best thing about the Barsys ecosystem vs competing products is the lack of "lock-in" to have to buy their pods and the flexibility to create whatever drinks you want. The company has made great strides in updating the UX/UI of the mobile app and the content and seeing this evolution has made the investment in the hardware worthwhile. Looking forward to seeing what else is coming....

I used this machine for the first time recently, and I’m genuinely blown away. It syncs with the Barsys app instantly - no fuss, no lag, just seamless connection. Once it’s set up, it makes your drink for you with zero effort. I literally tapped my phone and watched a perfect cocktail appear. The machine itself is so fun to use. It holds plenty of alcohol and mixers, so you’re not constantly stopping to refill anything, even when making drinks for multiple people. It’s perfect for hosting or just elevating your own at-home nightcap. On top of all that, it looks incredibly sleek on the counter and is modern, minimal and definitely a conversation starter. If you’re on the fence, take this as your sign. This machine makes bartending effortless and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Let's start with the large package, seems odd that no plastic covering over anything.Looked like it might have been a return, however the box was sealed. The fact that the app makes you log in with your phone number everytime, rather than staying logged in, also miss. The fact that I can't name whatever I want is odd. Does not know quantity, it does not know if it's empty, that is a big failure. With the ingredients I listed which were all pretty standard, Gin, Vodka, triple sec, simple syrup, club soda, and passion fruit juice, outside of the juice which really could be interchanged to anything that would take pineapple. I got not drink suggestions, played with the app and entered various ingredients and at most got 4 cocktail suggestions. With the suggested of over 1,000 cocktails to only get 4 suggestions is a big let down. As a person who likes to see if things are clean the fact that I can't remove or have a larger view of the tanks, also hard to see. At the price point of over $400 definitely needs a lot of improvements. I have a lot of years of bartending experience, this was a supposed to be something I can put out and do all the work I normally have to do when I entertain. Everything arrived in a big box with no plastic covering or protective wrap, which felt a bit odd — almost like it could’ve been a return, even though the box was sealed. The app experience was another frustration. Having to log in with my phone number every single time is inconvenient, and not being able to name machine whatever I want to is restrictive. The machine also doesn’t recognize quantity or when a tank is empty, which is a serious flaw for something designed to be precise. I tested it with very standard ingredients — gin, vodka, triple sec, simple syrup, club soda, and passion fruit juice (which could easily substitute for pineapple-based drinks). Even with those, I didn’t get any drink suggestions at first. After experimenting, the most I ever got was four suggested cocktails. For a machine that advertises over 1,000 recipes, only getting a handful is a big letdown. I have many years of bartending experience, and overall the machine didn’t come close to reducing the effort of making drinks. In fact, it poured incorrectly multiple times, both during normal use and again during cleaning. There’s also no simple way to just pour a shot unless you create a custom “shot” drink, which is unnecessary extra work. For someone like me who likes things clean and organized, the tanks are hard to inspect. You can’t remove them for a better view, and it’s difficult to tell whether they’re truly clean. Between that and the system confusing tanks during both mixing and cleaning, it doesn’t inspire confidence. The positive: it’s a cool-looking device and definitely a fun conversation piece at a party. But at over $400, it needs major improvements before it can truly replace the work I normally do when entertaining. Giving it the 2 stars as it is cool concept with much needed improvement.

Denna cocktail-maskin fungerar utmärkt. Inga kapslar som skall laddas och sedan är svåra att få tag på. Enkel att fylla på, tömma (när man vill byta ingrediens, 6 magasin finns) och rengöra. Appen som hör till har hur många recept som helst, man kan även lägga till egna om man vill. Spara undan favoriter är enkelt liksom egna mixlistor. Receptet kan man läsa på innan om man önskar. För att få ut drinken - tryck bara på knappen! För bästa effekt, se till att få med ”wireless mixer” så slipper ni röra om/skaka. Kan behöva köpas till. Fungerar med ett vanligt glas också men kan då ev. medföra ett moment till. Som vanligt när något är bra så är prislappen den trista delen.

Excelente producto. La configuración y la app no son muy sencillas al principio. Se configuran a corta distancia. Una vez que lo logras es genial. Debería haber con 12 recipientes. Puedes programar tus propias bebidas
