I’m so glad I bought this product! My cat skillet always jumps on the kitchen counter while we’re cooking or when wanting to eat something. so without these refills, she will be doing that all the time. I recommend this for anyone who is a cat parent who has a cat who likes to jump on kitchen counters. They are harmless because it’s only a puff of air and in the long run teach them where they're not allowed to be.

I purchased a set of two. When holding them it gave me the feeling that these are heavier than the other brand. I've heard them go off approximately the same number of times I am used to hearing the spray activate daily (I have multiple cats) and the bottles are still very full. I waited from the date that I received these bottles in Sept. 2024 to give it a fair review. The bottles attached to the original headpiece of the other brand with absolutely no issues. When these go on sale I highly recommend that you purchase them. I will wait for the next sale to purchase additional one as I'm not going through these as quickly as I did with the other brand. I hope the prices remain lower than the other brand so that I can purchase more frequently.

I didn’t get around to using these before my return period expired. Immediately noticed a harsh chemical smell when it goes off. Questionable if it’s safe for cats or even myself since we keep the windows closed in the winter. The advertising for this is very dishonest

This works great with our cat! Only took 2 times and she was done with jumping on the counter. Has a light lemon smell and does not leave a residue on my counter. Very please with this product.

This refill does fit the original SSSCat device, and it does work as intended. However, there is a strong chemical odor to the spray that was not present with the original canisters. I don't expect it to be literally 100% odorless; however, when it activates, it fills my entire apartment with the smell of bug repellant. Very disappointed that this item isn't eligible for returns due to shipping restrictions. It does not feel safe to use in my home.

Smells a little bit like lemon, not quite odorless but not unpleasant. Cats hate it, and thats what matters.

This spray deterrent refill for the Pet Safe SSSCat (fits older style only) is the same size and fits snugly on the sprayer just like the official spray can. I gave one of the cans a test run and was happy to see it produces a strong spray, but then found that I could detect an odor from the spray. This is a little concerning because it's advertised as being colorless and odorless similar to the official spray. The spray having an odor makes me question exactly what is in this product. I cannot find a ingredients list anywhere on the can or box. At this point, my cats are familiar with the SSSCat device and avoid it when they see it. I doubt they would get close enough to one of them to actually get sprayed at close range, but still, would be good to know exactly what is being sprayed from the can.

They stay off counters! No more getting into trouble at night! My cats watch me turn them on at night, does a spray then they take off! A slight lemon smell which is nice! Will continue to buy refills!
