Perfect fit for my 2013 E350

So far so good, put them in about a week ago. They seem to be of good quality so far.

The buttons were an exact match and fit exactly as described. The part itself seems to be accurate and good quality. What I did not realize before purchasing was the difficulty level of the installation. This is not a simple pop-off/pop-on replacement. Installing these requires removing the steering wheel, which is not something the average person is likely to do at home. Even after checking with AI, it confirmed that this type of installation can be difficult and may require more advanced tools or professional help. If you are already doing work on the vehicle the price is probably way better than other OEM parts. It also has the appearance exactly like the OEM. Overall, the product was exactly what was advertised, but buyers should be aware that the installation is much more involved than it may appear.

Fit perfect on ‘13 c250 easy to install, I used a drywall screw and screwed it in each button just enough to grab and pulled the old buttons out. Just make sure to not lose the clear extension pieces behind each button. Before and after pics

Great product

Installing these buttons is incredibly difficult without a manual or instructional video. If you can't DIY, professional installation is way too expensive. Honestly, buying a used OEM assembly (frame, wiring, and buttons) is roughly the same price and much easier to install, so l've initiated a return. Furthermore, older, heat-stressed button housings will likely break during removal anyway. Replacing just the buttons is simply not worth the hassle.
