nicer than expected! The picture doesn't do it justice... the display is actually very vivid and pleasing esthetically - which isn't evident from the product's photos. Also note mentioned (perhaps I missed it?) that you can lightly "touch" the upper part (there's sensor there.. not a bottom rather sensor - just gently place your finger there) that toggles between 3 illumination modes - bright, med, and display off. (useful for night time..) Sensitivity wise - seems very accurate, consistant and fast (when on AC power, updates every few seconds). Didn't need to calibrate it as well. It seems accurate out of the box. In the morning when I open all windows wide open, it drops very rapidly to ~400-ish... Seems genuinely responsive to the environment. At night time, without ventilation, it showed around 1500 which is not good. I started ventilation, it dropped to ~800 during the night. You can really get a sense that it's reflecting the actual situation. I can tell the difference when 2 people are sleeping the bedroom vs. one. In short, very nice. Would have been even better if it had WIFI !!! and connected to home assistant. over-all very very nice and useful. Helped me solve my C02 problem. (at first I wasn't ventilating enough, I ramped up the RPM on the inline fan, and it dropped to 800, which is OK, during nighttime).

Easy set up. Seems to trend with changes and that is what I was looking for. Not to be within a part per million or two, but to see when airing out the room for sleep is needed. We have windows open in winter when needed but not like during the summer, tons of fresh air. Will update if products goes stupid on me.

This monitor works well. Easy to set up. Uses a high-precision sensor. Comes with a USB cable and also works with batteries. When the USB cable is plugged in, the display stays on continually but can be dimmed or turned off. When unplugged, it reverts to battery power and the display has a timeout. Also displays temperature, humidity, and current time.

**update** Had a little trouble finding the right way to contact newentor as their social media (recommended on the packaging) was unresponsive but they did eventually respond by email (believe it was 2 days later). Once they responded though and I provided a video of the issue, they sent a replacement right away and the replacement is working properly. **prior review: ** Worked great for 2 days but now whenever I try to turn the backlight off it beeps and fully resets, even resetting the clock. This is actually really cool information to have. You don't necessarily think of CO2 as an indoor pollutant, but levels in your house or office can climb really high. This provides interesting data to monitor, and reminds you to open a window on occasion. Airing my house out cuts my CO2 level in half, and it's neat to see that work. The device itself is very easy to set up and use, and the size is unobtrusive enough to put it anywhere. Battery back up plus a USB plug means that you don't lose data if your power flickers. Cool little device. Definitely recommend it if you're into data or just want healthier air.

This meter is surprisingly close to my Aranet4, usually matching it and reading at most (!) 75 ppm higher when it doesn’t (it's much likely to be higher than lower). That’s excellent accuracy for something in this price range. It’s a bit bulky and I don’t love the design, but the performance easily makes up for that. The display is also much easier to read than the Aranet’s. I’ve only had it for about a week, so I can’t comment on calibration drift yet, but I’ll update my review if anything changes. Note: All 3 meters shown in the picture were calibrated together a few days prior.

I guess it reads CO2 well. At least it hasn't said my air is bad and I haven't passed out to prove it wrong. But it is truly aggravating all the steps to set the date and time. I suspect it is easier to arm or disarm a nuclear weapon. And your time will always be a bit off because of the time between setting it and the additional steps before you get out. Also, you can count on having to go through the process a couple of times due to fingers slipping on the little button you have to hold down while pushing other buttons. I should have just gotten a canary; it would test for other gases also.

I used this to monitor conditions inside a mushroom growers tent. It worked flawlessly and the display was clear and colorful. For instance, the CO2 meter will change color when it surpasses a reading that you choose. At glance, you know if all is OK, or needs attention. I compared it's accuracy to other devices and found it to be very good accuracy. The best thing is the warranty coverage. After about 4-5 months inside the grow chamber with humidities in the 70% to 95% range, the lower half of the display began displaying only about half the digits. They replaced the entire unit, no questions asked. They did request me to help their engineers make the product better by sending them pictures of the missing digits/pixels. They had already replaced the product with free shipping. I was glad to help them and they thanked me. Incidentally, the failure may have been my fault for subjecting the electronics to such high humidities 24/7. The true measure of a company is revealed when there are problems. I give this company an A+++.
