Great Earbuds for Everyday Use and Workouts
I’ve been enjoying these JLab JBuds Sport ANC 4 earbuds. The sound quality is clear with good bass, and the active noise cancellation helps reduce background noise when I’m listening to music or taking calls. They fit comfortably in my ears and stay in place, making them great for workouts and daily activities. I also like that they are lightweight and easy to use. The battery life is convenient, and the design feels durable. Overall, these earbuds offer great quality, comfort, and features for the price. I would recommend them for anyone looking for reliable wireless earbuds.

Get Them!!!
Best earbuds I have EVER bought! The sound is incredible. The touch controls are top notch, I use these as a truck driver so being able to have all the controls on one ear is imperative. But the best part and the whole reason I have come to write a review.. 2 whole months ago I lost one earbud I looked high and low and never could find it. Today, all the snow in my area is melting and I happened a glance under another vehicle and there was my long lost earbud! It spent TWO MONTHS in the snow, rain, salt, and muck of my driveway in upstate New York and unbelievably It still worked! I popped it in the case after giving it a good cleaning and it took a charge right away and it still freakin works! Sounds is just as clear, touch controls all work great, phone calls still sound amazing, good as new! These things are DURABLE! Beyond that little story... They are very comfortable in the ear Never had an issue connecting them Design is sleek and not clunky Charge on the earbuds themselves lasts forever and I only have to charge the case maybe once a week and thats with pretty consistent use. Once again they are incredibly durable Range from your phone is approximately 40-45feet I truly can not recommend them enough, they are worth every penny!!! Oh and the color is very pretty as well :)

Low quality and poor battery life
I bought 2 pairs of these ear buds. One pink one blue. The pink ones would not stay connected to my girlfriends phone. Tried to connect them to mine and they wouldn't connect at all. The blue pair connected seamlessly to my phone and I have been using them everyday since purchased. I believe they are supposed to have a 14 hour battery life. That is not true. I drive a truck for a living and connect the ear buds at 8:45 am and they are dead by 2:30 -3:00 pm. They won't even last a full shift. These two sets are the 4th and 5th sets of Jlab ear buds that I have purchased over the years. The first three sets were the more expensive versions gens 2 and 3. They lasted about a year ar two and then crapped out. They still worked, but eventually lost volume power. These new gen 4's are significantly lower quality, dont fit right and like I said- either won't connect, or just have very bad battery life. I'm pretty sick of being lied to by companies these days. The quality of nearly everything is trash and overpriced these days... I suppose I keep on living for now and continue to be disappointed. I do not recommend these gen 4 versions at all. Spend the extra money and get the gen 3's and keep your fingers crossed. They fit better and have way better battery life. Problem is, youll have to buy some more in a year or two.

Great value, great quality, great features, minor annoyances
I got these on sale and so far they seem like a very good pair of Bluetooth earbuds especially for the money. I specifically picked the sport ones with the ear loops since previously other earbuds kept falling out. I've been buying cheap $20 ones from no-name Chinese brands, and they were surprisingly good fit the value, but I'm rough on them and they kept breaking. I was hesitant to get fancier ones for that reason. But these have ANC, "aware" mode, and multi point Bluetooth. That's a big upgrade for me. The touch controls actually work too, the cheaper ones I've had are pretty garbage. In fact the touch controls are a little too sensitive, I've bumped the main control when trying to adjust volume. But I might just need to get used to it. The EQ, spacial audio, etc., all seem good. Some 3rd party reviews I read said they didn't do much, but I noticed a pretty big change and improvement with each feature. I need more time with it, but so far so good. The sound quality is also very good. Again, coming from cheap throw away earbuds, it's a pretty big upgrade. I didn't expect great sound or if the others, but these actually do sound good and I can pick out individual instruments, and decent special effects. Mono mode seems to work decently as well, obviously you can't expect the advanced features when only using one, but it works. Changing modes works well, but the audio pause and voice announcement of the name of the mode is a bit annoying, I don't intend to change it a lot in the middle of tracks, but I would almost prefer a mode where there's just a beep and change to that mode. The full audio pause is jarring, but it doesn't pause the track either, so you just get a hard audio cut, the song keeps playing, you just miss that section of the track. Like once I get the modes down, I don't think I need it announced every time. Even just changing in the app got annoying really fast when I was trying to compare modes. I guess if you select the mode before you start a track then you'll be fine. But I wish I could disable and select a simple tone to indicate mode change that only slightly muted the track instead of a full mute. They are reasonably comfortable, but I found the best fit was when I had the right size picked for the silicon inserts. They do feel a bit tight, which bodes well for active use, but I could see them getting a bit uncomfortable with extended use. Again, time will tell there. Finally, the built in cable seems good in a pinch, but I almost wish it just had a USB C port I can plug into. I have plenty of USB C cables, but this limits how close I need to be to the charger. I bought a USB C female to male extender so I can plug it in further from the charger. It also hangs at an odd angle, the case won't lay flat with it out. It may not be that bad in the long term, but for me, I could have done without. The case is nice and slim, pretty pocketable, so that is nice coming from my last earbuds that had a bulkier case. Though those also got insane battery life and worked as a backup battery for my phone if I plugged it in, so that was kind of cool. But I realistically never actually used that feature what with fast charging. I'll have to see how battery life is with these. All features on will definitely drain the better faster. 1 1/2 month update: I have been pretty satisfied with these, they are more durable than past cheap ones I've bought, and still work great. I accidentally dropped the case on the asphalt and worried I broke the lid (I've done that before), but I didn't even see any scuff marks. I definitely got lucky, but they do seem robust enough to stand up to active use. Battery life isn't as long as my old ones, but it's sufficiently long for any individual listening session. I only run into issues when the case runs low. Which a continued annoyance is the attached USB C charging port. Thing is, I almost always have a USB C cable available, it charges my phone, my laptop, and most everything else. But when I go to plug in the case I now have to reorient all around it. And it's not long enough to reach the wall, so I ended up buying an extended USB C female to male cable. But then I gotta lug that thing around and actively swap out when charging the case. I places where I have an open female port it's not bad, but the awkward cable placement, and short length means I have to leave it at odd angles while charging. Or in one case dangling by the short cable. Please, the next model you make, just include a standard female USB C port. Or let me detach the short male cable to use a female port. Or add a second female port. In that case I doubt I'd use it, only extremely rarely if I had no other option. On the plus side, the case reports battery life over bluetooth, and each earbud. So I know the charge state of all 3 at once. That's pretty cool. Again, coming from cheaper wireless earbuds, not used to getting that. The touch controls are still a bit too sensitive and I've accidentally triggered. Also had a weird high pitched sound coming from the case. I read online it can happen when ANC is left on. I found it resolved itself by opening the lid making sure the earbuds were properly seated, and then securely closing. But you can also fix by turning off ANC. It only happened a couple of times, the first time I thought it was some alarm from outside going off, it sounded far away. Then I realized it was just a faint noise coming from the case. As soon as I opened the lid and closed it it stopped. The next time it resolved instantly when I did the same thing. I wouldn't knock it down for that since the fix is super easy and only happened a couple of times.

Outstanding quality
I love that my Jbuds are connected and playing music the moment I put them in my ear. There’s no struggling to connect them to my phone, trying to get them synced, or delay from my device. Hands-free calling is a breeze and I’ve had no complaints about communication quality. You can adjust your sound settings in the JLab app, which I think is a neat feature for people who are into specific adjustments. The charging cord is built directly into the case and plugged into a type C charger block, which makes me worry about the integrity of the charging cord, but so far I’ve had no issues. I love having the loop of the sport earbuds since my ears are small and all earbuds I try to wear slow slowly fall out. These have never budged, but I’m happy to have the extra security so they aren’t landing in the dirt walk gardening. Whether you were out working or working out, I think these earbuds are perfect for everyone

Just good enough
I'm not sure what why people are reluctant to tell the truth about these earbuds but they aren't as good as people say they are, especially after dealing with similar types of buds, such as the Soundcore sport X20s. Here is why I gave this rating: Pros: - They stay in your ears well - Very customizable with the sound, through the app Cons: - Touch controls are too easy to accidentally touch - Battery life - These definitely don't get as loud as my X20s but keep in mind that they are cheaper in price (not by much). - The earbuds go into the case on the opposite sides (not too big of an issue but is slightly annoying). - Can only charge by the attached cable or wireless charging. There should be at least an additional USB C port or something. Overall, they are good enough for the gym but barely. If I didn't need an alternative to my X20s when/if they are dead, I would have just sent them back but they will serve their purpose good enough.

Amazing earbuds 98% similar to AirPods (sound wise)
Compared to Apple AirPods Pro 3, I’d say they both sound extremely similar. Like 98% similar. I’m impressed. Been using these ever since and I don’t think I can change back to AirPods. Plus they even have a customizable eq! You can change it to music mode and movie mode! Changes the latency and the accuracy. Noise cancellation is amazing, and so is the be aware mode. 10/10 for me. No connectivity issues, it’s worth the price. And quality and fit are perfect. Not cheep feeling. The slide control feels quite premium like. If that makes sense.

So many problems
I bought a pair of JLab earbuds years ago, and I got a very long life out of them. They sounded great and were easy to use. One of them stopped charging because it could no longer make a connection to the charging base. I figured, I got years out of them so it was ok. I bought a new pair from the same company and I'm so disappointed. I have objective problems with them and subjective complaints. The problems: when I activate noise cancelling, the right ear now makes this rapid rythmic thumping sound. The volume randomly jumps up and down in the left ear (this is usually following a popping sound in the earbud). Sometimes I can barely hear out of the right earbud. It's random. My complaints: the tips (that go in to your ears) are no longer made from the soft foam that would block out outside noise. Now, they use those flimsy rubber tips. I bought better ones separately and used them instead and it helped a lot. Also, they made the controls way more unnecessarily complicated. It used to be double tap on the right or left ear, depending on if you wanted to skip forward or back. NOW, both ear buds do the same thing, and you have to double or TRIPLE tap depending on of you want to skip forward or backward. The triple tap is so difficult and unreliable. If I were on the production team for this change, I would have never been on board for it because it was a total mistake. I don't know what happened to this company but the product quality actually regressed with this iteration.
