The media could not be loaded.  I have high arches and my feet have been aching from hard floors and wearing stiff doc martens, and the pain has traveled up to my back which has been hurting enough already. I put these in my doc marten boots and replaced the Dr Scholl's and went out dancing. My step felt springy and far more comfortable than before. They felt a little funny at first just from the new sensation of the bubble foam but I quickly liked feeling the bubbles under my feet. The arch support is very high and was able to fill in the entire gap.The fit was perfect and they seem pretty durable. They're thick in the right spots with ball, heel and arch support. The price was very good since good insoles can cost a lot. They feel functional for every day wear. I feel like they will maintain their shape and springiness.I was on my feet most of the night and my back felt better than it did when I left, and it was aching before. I'm going to put them in my boots, sneakers and gym shoes.If you have aching feet and increased back pain from it, get these! After just one night on them I'm sole-d lol

Ahhhh. Just what the pain doctor ordered. These literally took the pain away from my arches after being on my feet for hours days in a row. No more limping around. I can once again stand in my kitchen and get things done without gulping down pain meds. Kitchen floors are hard on your feet and back, and when you cook from scratch, you're standing there hours at a time everyday trying to care for your family. There is no time to think about your own pain.I couldn't wait for these to arrive for that much needed relief, and boy, did they deliver! They're super comfy. They fit right inside my shoes on top of the other foam insoles. They did introduce a little heel rub after lifting my foot higher in the shoe, but it's not so irritating I can't deal with it.The relief on my arches and heels is total. My feet literally don't hurt anymore walking on these squishy, shock-absorbing inserts. I just love them. I will definitely buy again!

Feels comfortable but I don't recommend for all day walking and standing while lifting things at work.

I can't believe how comfy these inserts are! I have plantar fasciitis and this is the only insert I found that gives full cushioning for my heel without being too thick in the front of the insert. Just love them. These are to be worn with sneakers or wide style shoes definitely could not fit in dress shoes.

Soft insole but doesn't really give much support and feels bumpy walking

I normally would buy the double cushion Dr Scholls but decided to try this. They work better than the Scholls. I have bad knees and these made walking easier. I will definitely buy again. I’ve been recommending them to my family.

I'm on my feet 18 hours a day, constantly moving and even sprinting at times. I have flat feet and was disappointed that the insoles didn't provide any extra support or comfort. I had to remove them after just a few hours.

These work great. The cushion is perfect. I am going to order more for my other shoes.

la verdad estan comodas, suaves y se siente un poco el masaje cuando caminas por los relieves de la plantilla, pero la verdad la sensacion de masaje es minima jaja, en mi caso yo las compre para amortiguar el movimiento cuando hago ejercicio y si se siente mas comodo caminar/correr/saltar o hacer alguna actividad fisica con las plantillas pero tambien es importante que queden justo a la medida de tu calzado, sino se mueven cuando haces ejercicio y ya no son tan comodas

Llegaron rápido, el tamaño es perfecto y muy cómodas

proporcionan suavidad al caminar, yo camino 5km diarios y si siento la diferencia en mis pies menos adoloridos los pies
