Ancient + Brave True Creatine+ Powder 180g | 30 Servings

Decided to give this a try after a lot of recommendations. Using the sachets 6gs . Easy to mix and good consistency. Taste is neither good or bad and easily washed away with a quick drink of tea or juice. Very soluble and a liquid texture. Seems to be working as I no longer feel exhausted. My joints also seem to have improved. Will continue to see if this phase continues.

Very good but expensive just wish they made a larger jar

Have seen lots of research about women taking creatine for the mind as much as the body, so that was my main reason for purchasing. Obviously hard to know whether you can attribute things to one particular product, but I’ve been taking a very small amount daily for the last month and do feel more alert at work and generally more on the ball. I don’t take any other supplements and haven’t made any other major changes in lifestyle etc. Taste wise - when I used the recommended amount - I could taste it (in coffee) and didn’t like it. Instead I use about half a teaspoon each time and for me this is a small enough amount that I can’t taste it AT ALL. I’d rather take a small amount and it not ruin my coffee, than have the full amount and hate my drink. Anyway whether it’s right or not, the way I’m using it - it’s tasteless, dissolves immediately and I believe it’s making me sharper 😂

I'm used to 5g creatine and I go between 5-10g when I need to train, I've noticed higher doses of creatine, when switching to lower dose that my reps when lifting weights wanes, this is because I come from a high dose, my body got used to it, and now doing this creatine is 3.9g per 6g of powder just did something I can feel more energy when training, but not much different to my 5g hits, I'd rather use 5g creatine it's better overall for me. Talking about price now, for that this product should have come with a 24k Gold scoop. It didn't even come with a plastic scoop, the lid is also plastic, but the bottle is nice, it's all glass, and tinted to protect the contents. Creatine does help based on my research as well what it states: --Helps improve recovery of the muscles. --Helps with cognitive health of the brain. --Fights tiredness and fatigue. --Helps get some extra reps at the gym. --Helps with ageing in a number of ways. There's research data on these, and I'm a believer after using it for years, but this product is too weak for me, would need to add more powder, but don't want to overdose and without the gold scoop, I would always go with the cheapest brand. What would make this product better, add a true 24k gold scoop, to go with true creatine, I'll pay 28 quid just for that.

Too expensive,plus it seemed to be of a different powder,in other words doesn’t dissolve in the same way as what I’ve used in the past,I’ve been buying the two hundred grams jar,although the bottle looked identical to the 180 grams i think il go back to buying the 200 grams

Been using it for about a month. I feel more energetic but I have made big changes to my lifestyle which helps as well. I take it in my tea in the morning and there is definitely an after taste that I don’t actually like but I drink it anyway.

I’ve been taking it for a week, and the most noticeable thing from the first day is having more energy during my workout- I burn about 100 calories more. Looking forward to seeing some long-term results with regular use!
