I purchased the first pair (Cleer ARC) about 2 years ago and purchased a second pair (Cleer ARC II) to have a back up. I use these for work calls between 6-8 hrs per day. When I'm not speaking to clients, I'm listening to podcasts, audio books, or music and the sound quality is equally great! The battery life, on the original pair hasn't declined at all (too bad phones don't retain battery endurance as well as the Cleer products).I find the ARC ear buds to be very comfortable and secure while doing a variety of physical activities.If I could change anything about the product, I would change the sensitivity. I find that brushing my hair away from my face can trigger the pause/play function. I've also realized they have turned on accidentally in my purse. This is not a deal breaker as the product is so good on every other level.Having a charging case would be a nice option too. Again, not a deal breaker, just a feature that would make these nearly perfect!

For me, traditional ear buds easily fall out of my ear. I saw an ad for the Cleer ARC II Open-Ear Wireless Bluetooth Headphones and decided to give them a try. I’m so glad I did!The design works by wrapping around my ear. The high-fidelity speaker sits just on top of the ear canal, not in it. As such, natural movement, even a brisk walk or climbing stairs won’t jar the ARC II’s loose. They even work while wearing prescription or sunglasses.They are very easy to set up. After pairing with Bluetooth on my phone, I used the Cleer+ App to check battery levels and make setting changes. The ARC II has five pre-tuned equalizer settings, plus a custom 5-level adjustable EQ setting. I used the Classical setting to listen to some streamed classical music, and the sound rivaled a good pair of over-the-ear headphones.The case is well designed and offers a USB-C charging port for quick charging. They claim 8 hours of use per charge and the case will extend use to 35 hours before the need to plug it in.By simply turning your head, the ARC II headphones offer an optional motion control to answer calls and skip music tracks, or you can just tap them.Cell phone quality using the ARC II is excellent and callers on the other end mentioned they could hear my voice very well. The Cleer+ app includes Adaptive Call Volume and Enhanced Anti-Wind Noise settings.I definitely recommend the Cleer ARC II Open-Ear Wireless Bluetooth Headphones.

I hate, leaving bad reviews, but one earbud won’t turn on. I’m writing this in. Hope that the manufacturer will contact me and replace it.
