Broke after day very poor quality

The design is great, and my daughter loved it. The magnetic handles close pretty well.But that it's. The rest was a nightmare.My daughter has a 7" Samsung Galaxy Tab 3, so, it was supposed to perfectly fit in the case...wrong.Insert the tablet in the case isn't easy, the fastnings inside are rubbish...they're made of cheap plastic, put inside some straps.Ok, tablet was inside the case, and, despite the difficulties, so far so good.One day later, and the case didn't fell, it was treated with extreme caution, the fastnings broke (cheap plastic). My daughters tablet fell out of the case, and broke a little. Immediatly I've sant an e-mail to customer services of Port Design, with pictures of the broken case, but no answer.I was not willing to give up, because my daughter loved so much the design os the case. So, I tried to glue the broken fastnings (I repeat again, the case was always handled with extreme caution). Two days later, other fastning broke...very cheap plastic. Just rubbish!I've already sent 3 e-mails, with images of the broken case, to Port Design customer service (the case has warranty)...but no answer, nothing. My daughters tablet has fallen three times of the case, broken a little of the glass, but, fortunatly, it's still usable.The case isn't the cheapest, and for the price, it's supposed to have better quality. Despite the nice design, the fastnings to prevent that the tablet fall out, are rubbish. The costumer service is rubbish. If you want your tablet safe, hands off from this product.I've bought a similar one from TabZoo, also with a monkey design...cheaper and thousand times better.
