These are amazing if you are an athlete like myself or good for general hydration in the summer months. They are low in calories, have the added benefit of a great taste that comes in a variety of choices and hydrates your body better than plain water....for those who don't drink enough fluids. HIGH5 ZERO Electrolyte Tablets deliver exactly what they promise. Fast dissolve, clean flavour and a noticeable boost in hydration during training. No sugar crash, no weird aftertaste and they genuinely help reduce fatigue on longer sessions. Packaging is solid, tablets don’t crumble, and each tube lasts well. Does the job, does it consistently and is good value for money.

Very good. I only have the citrus tablets. Usually 1 or 2 in 1/2 a litre of water. Tastes ok like a lemomy drink and the electrolytes really do work. I've noticed at the climbing gym that I feel much more hydrated without the urge to drink loads or water. I usually drink an hour before the gym and then during the work outs. It really works. Would recommend trying it.

Purchased these because I have been doing a water diet and any water diet I do for longer than 48 hours gives me a head ache. These have stopped the headaches and suppressed my hunger. 72 hour fasts are now easy. My only gripe is that it’s recommend that one tablet to 750ml of water and I find that it tastes too watered down. 500ml of water for each tablet and it tastes much better. I just drink the extra 250ml separately. They do dissolve relatively quickly and taste like a slightly flat fizzy drink. Overall decent.
