Really good quality chocolate and tased excellent when making Dubai chocolate cups and bars. Really pricey but you get what you pay for I guess.

All Callebaut chocolate is premium. I use the callets for my truffle filling and the 11 pound blocks for the coverture. One can’t go wrong with it.

I buy this for personal use and it lasts for 3 months, I use it in pancakes, muffins and cake and they are so good and I have tried many other companies and theirs taste like sugar, but this one taste like a very high quality chocolate

The chocolate was not stored correctly. The chocolate is melted. It is not of a uniform consistency. All the chocolate granules have a white coating. I used to get better quality chocolate from this brand

We use these chocolates for baking and regular consumption. I seem to really like the taste of these chocolates. It's very possible that Ghirardelli is not far off from this but I like the small sizes so I can consume small portions.

Bought to make Turtles at Christmas. Very smooth texture and the taste was wonderful! Very easy to melt.

This chocolate is delicious! Excellent quality and ingredients. Worth every penny! Use these in place of all your chocolate chip type recipes. Nice size of the callets (chips or buttons). They melt in your mouth and have a very silky texture. The blend of flavors experienced are some of the best I've ever enjoyed. We keep a jar of them on the kitchen counter, just for easy access to chocolate snacking.
