This product is NOT a remote starter. It is an upgrade kit designed to work with an existing Compustar remote start or security system. If you are looking for a standalone remote starter, do not buy this—it will not function on its own. What this kit does offer: Premium upgrade for your current Compustar system. Water-resistant design for durability. Color LCD display for clear status updates. Two-way communication, so you get confirmation when commands are received. Bottom line: Great choice if you already have a Compustar system and want to enhance it. Not suitable as a remote start solution by itself.

Proximity unlock is a nice feature. It also has passive arming so if you forget to lock the doors once you walk far enough with the remote in your pocket the doors lock and the remote notifies you.

You have to have a professional installer flash it buyers beware
I couldn't install it because it has to be flashed by a professional installer who could possibly charge you up to $300 just to flash it. I can't speak for the actual system because I returned it

you need to spend hundreds of dollars to be able to install or use on more things

This is just remote and drone system with proxi antenna module is sold separately
Excellent alarm system have it on my 22 SEL outlander
