Muy buena calidad y duración del afilado, ergonómicamente perfecto, al menos para mi mano, muy recomendado si estás empezando en cocina, si lo cuidas bien te durará muchos años.

Excellent couteau, le meilleur dans cette gamme de prix. Le manche est moderne est confortable, permettant une prise en « pince », avec l’index et le pouce de chaque côté de la lame. Le tout est très solide. Le tranchant neuf est très bon, permettant par exemple de facilement couper des tomates sans les écraser. Avec un redressement du fil à chaque utilisation, le couteau n’a toujours pas besoin d’être ré-aiguisé même 1 an et demi après achat.
