A good product.. no issues with the absorption... Just to ensure that you hydrate yourself well.. I have seen my performance increase in gym from being 40 kg bench to 80 kg bench in 1 month of use..

When I tried to authenticate using the QR code it was correct . And inside there was a small scoop also . So I didn’t face any of the issues that other reviews had . And don’t forget to hydrate well if you’re planning to start this !

No scoop in the package.
Product can be better or not I can't say anything but one problem i noticed is that there is No scoop included because the required 3 g serving should be measured accurately. Minor variation may be acceptable for some products, but creatine monohydrate should be consumed in the recommended dosage.

Effective creatine
Good quality creatine from a trusted brand. It mixes well, has no taste, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I saw a lot of people complain about no spoon included but mine had one so I'm happy! Only downside is the small 100g size, so it runs out quickly if used daily.

Jury’s out
I’m not as sold on creatine as others. Aparently it can combat sleeplessness. While it doesn’t feel like coffee, which is good, I may be deluding myself into thinking it helps with mental clarity

Is it authentic?
Why is the authentication code not working? I have entered both the code and the batch number on ON website (both uae and India! because it seems like this item has been produced and exported from India!) But non are confirming and it is being rejected!
