The media could not be loaded. Installed it on my backyard lawn, put a wood plaque (a small low leg round table) on the ground for better rebounce than grassland, it’s fantastic! Our son is a varsity tennis player, it helps him to improve body rotation for both forehand and backhand tremendously, also improves his swing pattern for inside out and inside in, heavy cross court shots. now he has more feeling to generate topspin, speed, and height. By the way, as a nationally ranked tennis player who is in the state’s All Star team, our son gets exhausted by practicing only less than 10 minutes with this cute machine, it’s really intensive, non-stop high quality alternative backhand forehand strokes with fast footwork, hitting three targets, makes a high quality training session, better it provides a remote to control the pause and start switch. It’s the best tool for all levels of tennis player. My wife and I now start self tennis fun with big body rotation, big swing hit for both hands in forehand stroke form, no single hand backhand nor double hand backhand, just left hand forehand and right hand forehand with big body rotation, big swing hit for left and right hand equally. Shared this technique to my nephew who visited us from Canada for Christmas, he is not good at any sports and never touched tennis racket, after 10 minutes demo and 5 minutes hitting the leaves on backyard tree, he has the simple and easy big rotation big swing big hit technique now, with about only 10 minutes empty hand learning, and 5 minutes contact with tennis racket hitting tree leaves. this cute tennis ball feeder makes him panic at first, but after 5 minutes, he is hitting like a butter, and hit the same forehand with both left and right hands, so no more backhand for any new learners. Machine worked for 10 min than broke, company unresponsive

Tough to put together by your self. I was going to use it out side, however it doesn't work in the wind. You would need to weight it down. It doesn't take much wind to knock it over.

The Fast Track makes it so efficient to work on your strokes--at home! I've been using it for ground strokes as well as volleys. Only thing is the hoop channel is slightly too short for the thin rod, and the velcro doesn't always hold it in, so I've been spending a lot of time fiddling with it trying to get it to fit. I'll probably have to rig up an extra velcro piece or something.

There's three apps. One is tutorials and so on. It's Android and IOS Compatible.The other two most important ones for tracking are only IOS compatible.A little flimsy for the high price. I'm not sure how long it's going to last.The ball feeder makes a big banging noise when it pops the ball out. Not sure how many reps it's be able to take.
