I recently purchased the 28cm Oven-Safe Skillet, the largest option available, and I absolutely LOVE it! While I like cooking with cast iron, I often find it too heavy; however, I can effortlessly lift this skillet with one hand! Remarkably, its lightweight design doesn’t sacrifice heat retention. In fact, because it’s thinner than traditional cast iron pans, it heats up quicker, cutting down preheating times. Although there’s a bit of a learning curve, Vermicular provides plenty of resources, including a recipe book/user guide that comes with the skillet. As long as you follow the preheating instructions, you’ll find cooking with it to be a breeze. Moreover, I must say, the quality of the food produced with this skillet is incredible. I use it every day, and it’s become a staple on my stovetop.

This enameled cast iron pan was such a great investment. Its size is ideal for two people, and it also works on induction cooktops. It’s surprisingly lightweight, and everything tastes better cooked in it. Sunny-side-up eggs have a perfect crisp around the edges, and vegetables sautéed in this pan remain crisp and flavorful. You’ll be amazed by the results!
