Love it. It works great in my RV.

Works just great.
It's solidly built and I use the picture to load up the water (2 and 1/2 fills it) and I drain it into the kitchen sink. What can I say, my dishes look much cleaner than hand washing. I placed it next to the sink where my dish drier rack was and it fits in there perfectly. Zero complaints.

Pretty good
I'm kind of confused by this thing honestly. Standard dishwashers have a sealed detergent compartment for a reason. The reason is that you want to do a rinse first and after about ten minutes when the wash cycle starts and that's when you want your soap released. This just has a small ope slot. That means all your soap is being used in the rinse and gone after the first ten minutes when the water cycles. It doesn't make any sense unless I'm missing something. That being said the dishes appear to be getting cleaned well so it's hard to complain there. I honestly expected to have issues because it but haven't. Another issue is that the manual doesn't cover loading detergent at all and barely mentions it. There's a sticker over the soap slot that says not to use powder block which is understandable but then it says use dish soap! NEVER put dish soap in your dishwasher!I am using basic detergent powder and so far so good. It's a small unit which has it's pros and cons. My kitchen is tiny and there is absolutely no room for a standard size unit. This is so bite sized I'm actually going to be able to retrofit my cabinets to sink the unit into them which is awesome. I'm using the top fill for now but it does connect to plumbing so it will be self filling once I install it.It's tight in there which is a con to the small size. A few plates and some silverware, a mug or two- it's maxed. It's a trade off and considering anything bigger wouldn't fit at all it's one I'm ok with.

Not Worth It
Ran 1 empty load to test it out - it was fine. Ran a dish load after a few days (second time running it) and the cycle stopped halfway with an error (not enough water in the tank, which is weird for halfway into a cycle). Tried the troubleshooting, no luck. We had to manually drain it (a hassle, because water was coming from everywhere on the bottom). Airmsen support was no help, because despite calling well within their hours, their support technician was out. None of the troubleshooting tips worked either. This isn’t our first countertop dishwasher, but it's the first that's this crappy. Not worth it.

RV Application
Have been using this in our RV for 4 months now, and love the results so far! Little clunky when using the manual fill and drain, but the unit cleans very well

Tiny portable dishwasher
I love that I can pick it up and move it. It is very small but works well in my 620ft apartment. Instructions are unclear about air refresh function and detergent placement. I ended up buying pods and placed on the top of the flatware basket. Still don’t understand the air refresh but unit functions fine and I unplug it after every use.
