We hear a lot today about emotional regulation and how important teach our children. Well this fabulous tool does just that. No not is a common therapy strategy. It will be essential to teach people to name their feelings in order for them to understand them and regulate them. There are tons of fun activities you can do as a family with this wheel, like giving examples of what they felt during the day. Normalize processing your feelings!

I liked the particular color scheme I chose for this which were subtle, tasteful colors. Like the idea behind the emotion wheel very much. Clients can relate to this--it helps them narrow down more exactly what they might be feeling in the 5 basic emotions. Very attractive!!
