I saw this waist trainer several times and always thought it would be too bulky. Ladies it was a game changer and very comfortable. I did get the 3x which was still on the small side considering my actual body measurements. I am 5'7", 248lbs. I carry more buldge around my stomach due to pregnancy and a hernia so that is what I was hoping to help. I keep it on the very outer hook and eye and you may not feel supportive at fire but as soon as you pull that center elastic band around, girl you're gonna feel it. Wore it all day the first day I got it and it was very comfortable, easy to move in and didn't ride. Now I did wear a very thin tank under to avoid chafing on my skin. The next day my cycle started and I could tell right away how bloated I actually get because it was too tight to wear with the center elastic support. I left that off and just tucked it into the top of my jeans and it was still fine.Update: worn for about a week now. Still the best I've ever worn. Only issue I've noticed is that on my right side, which is my dominant side, the back seems to fold inward whereas the left side doesn't. I haven't figured out of its just one of the stays isn't as stiff or if it's really because that side is used more. Only issue I'd see is if you wear very tight clothes or a dress in pretty sure you'll notice it.

I am normally a tight sized 16/loose size 18. I ordered this in a XL. I can wear the XL on the tightest notch setting. The smaller size provided me with what I was going for. It easily makes you look 2 sizes smaller than you are. It is perfect for tall girls and those with long torsos as it provides extra coverage. If you are used to shapewear and really want a snatched look, you'll need to size down just one.This also rolls down much less for me than other waist trainers that I've tried due to it being layered. If you tuck the top into your bra and the bottom into pants, you should be good to go without it rolling up. What I do to prevent rolling is to wear a body suit over it.

WHAT‼️ I put my NEBILITY waist trainer on this morning post-workout, beyond AMAZING ‼️. I've purchased quite a few waist trainers but NONE compare to this one. Size XL but I think I'm going to go 1 size down. It covered my back rolls and my lower (mommy)tummy. it prices at $13.47 yesterday , Money WELL spent. Great posture support, Easy to put on , no confusing or extras functionality, pull and snap that's it !

I’m on the fence with this one. It offers great back support. The construction is solid. I’m not having much luck wearing it as shapewear though. The three panel design absolutely creates more of an hourglass look. It’s just too bad that it’s visible under dresses with thinner fabric. The seams show through. And hook and eye areas add visible bulk. The three panels start to separate when I sit. It’s not an easy set up to fix in a bathroom stall.

this product does its job. while uncomfortable, which was expected, it got me down a pant size. being 5’5 at 210 and ordering a large, it sucks my waist in exponentially. the only issue I’ve come across is my back fat pops out the top, which is likely due to the fact I should’ve went with an XL rather than a L. definitely helps with my posture, easy to put on, and great quality. Especially enjoy how it has 3 segments
