Fantastic deal! Just like new!
I tried going the refurbished route for the first time after finding such a great deal for the exact same EliteBook I use for work (I'm a technical editor), and after I saw such a rave review. I had just received an unexpected $500 from a family member, so I figured no loss if it turned out to be a bad experience. But I agree with everything from the rave review that helped me make my decision! The laptop is just like new, lightning-fast, and setup was incredibly easy. And thanks to Windows and the cloud, everything carried over from my last laptop, including most passwords. There's also a 1-month Office 365 offer (for either the Family or Business options) if you want to give that a try. It came on time and was packaged very carefully! I am beyond thrilled with this purchase - one of the best deals I've ever gotten on amazon.

Exceeded my expectations
The laptop condition was better than I expected for a refurbished item. The laptop works flawlessly. The laptop does not have the fingerprint scan capability as advertised. The case allows for the option but the supporting electronics are not installed. Otherwise I am extremely pleased with the purchase.

It's a nice computer. I personally I am not too good about setting the computers up and getting ready to go get my nephew to help me finish it out. He's the one that told me to buy. This one he is a computer programmer and works on them and fixes them.

Laptop No Good
Laptop arrived damaged and wouldn’t work. Laptop wouldn’t turn on, had multiple blemishes even though it was “restored in excellent” condition.

Great computer for general browsing and school work
Pretty good shape for being refurbished very minimal blemishes. Perfect for school and work task. I use a gen prior to this for my job and it is a work horse. Highly recommend.
