I looked for a long time for just the right electric fireplace for our project. This was turned out even better than I hoped! We had a problem with shipping - the whole front glass was shattered. I contacted the seller and they were very quick to answer and eager to fix the problem. They sent a new unit right away. As far as fake flames go, I love the look of these! It is very calming. The kids love changing the colors, but I enjoy the realistic reds and oranges. Install was easy, the glass top slides right back onto the front after the casing is installed for a seamless look. I was very impressed with the heat output as well! And it runs so quietly you can hardly tell it's on. We have no complaints! It was a great choice.

I have purchased several electric fireplaces from Amazon over the years, and this is one of the nicer ones I have found. Great price, love that you can set the brightness, and we actually kept the log base instead of doing the crystals and it looks great! Heating element is nice as well, with a high and low setting. Flame looks good - runs quiet.

Easy install, looks good and puts out some heat. The cats love it. Much easier, cleaner and cheaper than putting a real fireplace in.

Not a hot of heat production as I was expecting, but it is warming, not too loud on the fan, and looks awesome. My wife likes it.
