Really comfortable
I tried my first pair of barefoot shoes about a month ago, and it did take some getting used to, because mentally I was expecting shoes to be very cushy. The footbeds provide just enough padding to absorb some shock. If I had to describe it, it's like wearing very sturdy socks. When I go outside, I can feel the changes in the ground surface like rocks, tree roots, the variations in the yard, but the thin soles protect me from sharp edges. The shoes themselves feel like they are very well made. They're very light and breathe really well, and the soles are quite grippy. The only times when I've felt like I didn't have good traction was on a smooth concrete floor with the epoxy coating, and it was wet. I have always liked wide shoes with open toe boxes, so these really fit the bill. Sizing was spot on with what I expect. I typically wear a size 10, ordered a size 10, and they fit great. I ordered the gray with black soles, and they look just like in the picture. I previously purchased the white with gum soles, and they also were as advertised. The only things I would mention are the shape of the tongue at the top is a bit odd for me as it comes up farther on my ankle than most shoes. It was annoying at first, because it would make contact with my skin and make me think that something had gotten caught on my foot. The other thing is that the speed laces are typical inelastic laces. I will probably replace them with elastic laces. Maybe Whitin can make this change.Overall, I really like these shoes and have received compliments on them. They seem to be a very good value, and even moreso since I purchased them when they were discounted.

Happy Feet
Don't let the price scare you. These are great shoes. The flat design and extreme light weight are like wearing nothing at all. The wide to box make them even more comfortable. Purchased to replace an old pair of Pickleball shoes. I certainly made the right decision. The provide all the support of much more expensive shoes and fit like a comfortable pair of gloves. You can't go wrong.

Sizing chart is wrong, so no wonder they're a frequently returned item
They ARE comfy. However, the sizing chart is wrong. It says the size 9 shoe is 10 inches, which would normally be a size 9.5. BUT they clearly specify in the description, "Please refer to the size details page below or the size chart on the picture to choose the appropriate size." So, I normally wear a 9.5 size, which is 10 inches. But THEIR chart says that the shoe measuring 10 inches is a size 9. WRONG! I measured my foot using the foot against the wall method and it was 10 inches, as always, so I ordered a size 9. Well, they're too small, like a regular 9 which typically measures 9.75-9.85 inches long (and their chart lists that as a size 8). So the size 9 shoe seems to be true to size, but not the chart they insist you use. I measured the insoles and, indeed, they measure a little over 9.5 inches, but not 10 inches, no matter the angle you use to measure it. I think they might have wrongly measured the insoles flattening the curved part at the heel, which bends upwards and should not be part of the size measurement. You have to flatten that part for it to measure 10 inches, which makes no sense. The shoe is not going to stretch so that your foot flattens the curved heel part of the insole, which is not meant to be bent.A regular 9.5 size shoe would be around 10-10.2 inches, which is listed here as a size 10. And the size 10.5 is listed as 10.5 inches, which would actually be a size 11. But you can't trust the chart. They appear to be good quality, are very comfortable, they're easy to put on, and the soles seem to have a nice grip. So I guess the "Frequently returned item" notice under the description is due to the fact the sizing chart is wrong. I'm sending them back.

My new favorite shoes
These are worth so much more than they cost! My feet are finally happy and my toes feel free. These are great to slip on and run errands in, work wonderfully for being on my feet all day with massage, and they really let me walk more comfortably and confidently(less tripping over bulky soles on athletic shoes). My posture is better, my knee problems are practically non-existent for the first time in years. Buy several pairs, you will want a pair to match everything

Absolutely buy these shoes!
Bought these to go running with my dog. They're super lightweight and comfortable like there's nothing actually on your feet. I love the color of the shoes. They are flexible and don't slide off in the back when you're moving which is great.I bought a more expensive pair called bronoir before this but the plastic on the shoelaces were melted and the shoe kept sliding off my foot. These were way cheaper and way better quality than those.

Colors are good, fits my wide foot..still deciding.
I have worn this shoe a few times as I am trying to acclimate me feet. They are very comfortable and I must add - I have wide feet that splay out like duck feet due to bunions on both sides of my foot (a taylor bunion by my pinky and a larger bunion by my big toe; I bought a wide foot pair of hoka's to give you an example of the space i need). The shoe is very comfy - be aware though, these are practically glorified water shoes. The drawstring on the shoe, instead of laces, is actually kind of ugly. However, I do understand why this was chose. The sole of the shoe seems like an afterthought as it comes out of the shoe each time you remove your foot and is a clashing yellow to the black/pink pair I purchased. I imagine they will hole a lot of odor.Going back to the way the shoe fits and feels etc, I will update once I have worn them more. I have given 3 stars based on the limited time I have worn them and a 5 star review isnt deserving yet.

Better than more expensive one's!
I love these. I've tried more expensive one's and similarly priced ones. But these are the best. I now have 2 pairs in two different colors. And am considering a 3rd color! (Still cheaper than one pair of the more expensive ones). They are great for walking and running, with a nice, wide toe-box. You can feel the protection of the shoe, but in terms of fit, you really do feel like you're walking barefoot. These are so comfortable that I've retired most of my other shoes!
