If you for whatever reason are looking to replace salt, you have to Try This and you'll be sold! Myself I am not looking for Salt-free but have someone in the house the needs it. First off, you can smell the quality of the spices as they actually smell distinct. This selection of Dash, is pretty well rounded if you like to liven up your dishes not just when your looking for salt but this one has a great blend with just a slight light kick. I have used this in egg recipes, pasta, pizza, stews, sandwiches, grilling just for it's taste and the spice content. Also great on baked butter bread . No heat in this blend. Really convenient!

Wow. This has excellent nice strong, lemon flavor and I’m surprised that I don’t miss the salt. I am a saltalcoholic. It’s a relationship. So it’s not like I’ve just been not having salt for years and I don’t know what I’m missing or anything like that. This stuff is actually really good. It’s got real lemon peel pieces of garlic herbs and it has a sharp taste. that’s pleasant without being bitter or sour. I would use this even combined with salt cooking or barbecuing so that you can control how much lemon flavor you add separate from how much salt flavor you add I bought this on a whim because I saw it online on sale half price when I was looking for other spices, but I have discovered that I like it very much. I also bought the garlic and the garlic is all right, but I’m crazy about this lemon flavor. I will definitely buy more of this. I like it better than other lemon pepper products and I’ve tried tenders McCormick and other spice brands and I truly prefer this over other brands of lemon flavored seasoning with or without salt. Recommended.

This is perfect for vegetables or bagels without the sodium. Love the taste!

Another tasty Dash item for your pantry. Recently I have been purchasing more No Sodium products for cooking and seasoning our food. I started making low sodium meals for more clean and healthy eating. The item smells very good and has a great aroma. This Dash Southwest Chipotle seasoning has no salt and tastes very fresh. I am happy with the container size as it fits right in our spice rack easily. The salt is not needed as this is much healthier than sodium packed rubs, it hits the spot. I have used it in my homemade chili and also sprinkled on mashed potatoes and it's so good. The Chipotle adds a nice smokiness to this southwest style rub. Adding it to food generously is ok as I do not have the worry about sodium content with this Dash item. It is now one of several Dash items in our household.

Thus stuff is the best. I have acid relfux so can't handle the other ones with the pepper. This " everything but salt " is perfect for my low sodium diet. Tastes great on so many things! Love to sprinkle in my salad,baked potatoes, " everything without the salt" ! Love it

Favourite Mrs dash seasoning. I keep a lot of the Mrs dash range as they are salt free so ideal when dieting. This comes in a plastic container with a screw top lid. Once the lid is removed it has several large holes so you can shake the product out. I usually put this on salmon, wrap it in foil and put it in the oven, It gives a lovely crispy lemon topping. I find this to have a stronger taste than the others which is perfect for what I use it on, it also goes well with chicken. I order all of my Mrs Dash products from this company. Although these are not available on prime i have always received them within 2 days which is fantastic.

Seasoning recommended by my nutritionist. Doesn’t entirely replace salt but it’s a good start.

Perfect seasoning for any dish, grateful it exist as I cannot have salt in my diet.

When I used it, I found that there was a great transfer of taste in the food, and now I started to try the rest of Mrs. Dash products for the rest of my cooking at home, it is one of the magical spices that give a special taste to each type of cooking or baked goods.

I'm sure it's good for a lot of foods, but it's perfect for baked Tilapia. The fact that it's salt free is even better.
