Excellent product very quiet well made and very pleased with the results highly recommended

There were three variations of this pump. I picked the one with the lowest intake and a stainless gauze to stop larger debris from jamming it. I had a specific task for it to perform, so the fact that it came with a good length of discharge hose was a bonus. I needed it to remove water that had accumulated in the bottom of my Kerosene tank and would eventually get through to my boiler. As the tank was now full the chance to get the water out from the bottom of the tank with a suitable pump, and while the boiler was not required was too good to misss. I extended the discharge port of the pump with a length of 12mm copper water pipe and attached the 12v cord to the copper pipe. I used an old 12v motorcycle battery for power supply and put the now extended supplied plastic hose into a clear 25lt can and with the pump now on the bottom of the tank switched on (it comes with a switch on the battery end of it's cable. I was able to steer the pump on the bottom of the tank using the copper tube and it lifted around 15 litres of water from under the kerosine. This pump would have many other uses of course, but for my job it performed flawlesly being fast (for its size) and reliable whilst being light and easy to control and small enough to get in through the fill port on the tank. I do not hesitate to recommend this to anyone who needs a small pump for any of a multitude of tasks perhaps emptying a blocked bath, or filling a vehicle from a drum etc etc. Excellent. Good little pump while it works. Sadly this is the 3rd one I've bought and while it works its a handy pump. Make sure you've got a wide enough tube on it and you're flying. Sadly this one stopped working after only using it a handful of times. No breaks in the wire, new battery and tried other batteries and have come to the conclusion it burnt out.Previous one was a cigarette lighter version rather than the 12v and that one lasted 2 days but the other 12v one was fine until the goat ate the wire

I purchased this to pump out bilge water from between the frames on a classic boat. Fits down side of ballast blocks. very good pump with a surprising delivery rate all in a stainless case.Used it as a deck-wash pump not expecting it to be able to pump a 2.5 mtr head, but it did it no problem.Might need an extension lead depending on how far the connector is from the power source.A very good buy.

You get what u pay for for as they say , poor quality, stop working after first use . So was sent back .
