I tried to put it in the cage as a standing unit and because of the way it is made it would not spin because the holes that are in it got stuck on the holder so then I attached it to the wire frame of the cage and it still would not spin because the cut outs were too deep and it would get stuck against the cage

I have Mice so for sizing purposes this is great(a good wheel is one that they can run on for long periods of time without their backs forming a very slight u shape; backs should be straight).Obviously this makes no noise at all, but that’s easy enough to find (imo), what wows me about this is the stand vs the price point tbh. Any burrowing creature needs the bottom part of their enclosure to be solid like an aquarium, so I have an aquarium with a wire mesh net lid. It is SO DIFFICULT to find a wheel that works or even a water bottle holder that functions to have the lid fully closed and still be upright! I don’t have bars to screw it into!! And the stand they give you is well balanced on its own and STURDY!! My mice have chewed every bit of the stand, and it’s not white anymore but heck it does its job!! I have in fact, found this stand sold separately for THE SAME PRICE AS THIS WHEEL + STAND SOLD TOGETHER!! So imo, this is a STEAL!!! Amazing functionality, sturdy, stable, I fear saying this but I honestly would have paid $30 for the stand, wheel and connecting piece! But $10 for all of those??? Buy it now!!Also, it is VERY easy to clean; once you have it on correctly, no bad resistance points in the turning on the wheel; and the color doesn’t fade with cleaning and it’s just as gorgeous as the picture! I love periwinkle and this came exactly as shown!!I hope they don’t decide to increase the price but if your enclosure gets really filthy, it would absolutely be worth it to get 2 of these to have one while the other one is being cleaned (I just wipe mine down with multi-animal safe wipes but 🤷‍♀️).It sounds dumb but only one of my male mice has figured out how to use the wheel and he is always on it, absolutely loves it, when I take it out for cleaning he goes to the spot where the wheel goes, looks at it and then looks up at me like “you know what goes here! Bring it back!” I think it has helped him with his anxiety significantly. Hopefully when he has babies he will teach them his healthy excessive habits, would be great if he instilled them in me too lol!

This barely moves, it takes far too much force to move the wheel. It’s super loud also. I should have read the reviews first.

This wheel can't even turn and its made really cheap. Gerbils couldn't even use it

This is one of my favorite spinning wheels. First of all, it’s the only wheel that my gerbils haven’t chewed to pieces. They really enjoy running on this wheel pretty much for half of the evening. They take turns running on it on and off throughout the evening. It’s very well constructed and it was easy to assemble. It’s lightweight too, which makes it spin better. It’s also pretty quiet.

Product came in totally broken. Cracked in pieces & certainly wasn’t delivery problems bc the box was totally intact. Really disappointed
