Great grips, weight as advertised, and looks sharp!

This is a great example of a near perfect free weight bar. The only drawback is the way the cross hatch knurling is cut. It just needs to wear in through use. So use it and enjoy you work outs.

This has been a perfect addition to my home gym. I have always wanted to have a black bar, and got it while was on sales last year. When new, the bar will still have some of the oil, just make sure to wipe it off

I give the HANDBODE Olympic Barbell 5 stars. I love it. It is sturdy, balanced, and does not flex even under heavy weight. The knurling grips well without tearing up my hands, so it feels comfortable and secure when lifting. It works great for bench, squats, deadlifts, and any other big lifts. It feels like it will last for years, and I would recommend it to anyone putting together a solid home gym.
