What a wonderful rice blend! It is flavorful and versatile, working well as a stand-alone side dish or as a platform for a myriad of main course dishes, Shrimp fried rice, popcorn shrimp, beef in gravy, etc. It is even wonderful as a quick supper of rice, brown sugar, and milk, or simply rice, butter, and some onion powder and pepper. I love to keep a good stock of this rice blend in my pantry because it is perfect for putting together a quick dinner for company, too. Good value, great product, super quick to cook since it is parboiled - 15 minutes, tops!
