Beautiful, well put together, great recipes!
One of the best cookbooks that I own! I've been following ShredHappens for awhile now and when it was announced that Arash was putting out a cookbook I had to preorder it. I knew it would be a winner... watching him prep the dishes makes your mouth water. His recipes are healthy, simple to follow with easy ingredients and SO delicious. The cookbook itself is well laid out, lots of great photos... great quality. And Arash himself is truly an inspiration as well, with his journey through weight loss, dedicated to living a healthy life and sharing his recipes and products that can help others to achieve their health goals too. Thanks Arash. It's an outstanding cookbook.

Nice cookbook, no nutrition info
Ordered this after seeing one of his videos in my reels. For a cookbook that is focused on nutrition - specifically, high protein, low carb - it was disappointing to find ZERO nutritional info listed in any of the recipes. There's a good variety of recipes, and the pictures are gorgeous. I would have preferred the wirebound version if it wasn't so dang expensive.

I donโt understand why you havenโt bought this already. I havenโt found or made a recipe I havenโt liked yet. I follow Shred Happens on Instagram and have made several of his recipes and they do not disappoint. If youโre looking for fresh flavorful nutritious recipes this is the book. The older I get the more physical media Iโm craving and I love this book. The quality of material or great, I love how well the photos look and the recipes are easy to follow. This Author really resonates with me on my health journey and these recipes give me everything I need to feel satiated and full while getting my protein in and I donโt feel like Iโm missing out on anything. Buy it!! This isnโt a โdietโ book, itโs a way to change your lifestyle and relationship with food. Your body will thank you.

This cookbook is amazing! I make this recipes on repeat and I have gifted this book to all my kids and many friends! The recipes are simple, flavorful, and made with healthy ingredients. I love how each dish feels nourishing without sacrificing tasteโeverything Iโve tried has been absolutely delicious. Easy to follow instructions with elevated dishes makes this perfect for both beginners and experienced home cooks. Highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy healthy food that actually tastes great.

Not like his videos online - didn't have what I was looking for
As many others have said, there is no nutritional information for each recipe, which might matter for your macros or blood sugar. These recipes might be tasty, but I bought it thinking I was going to get the recipes he has on Facebook and TikTok. There might be one or two. The ingredients aren't easily procured in my area, either. Lots of lamb recipes, which isn't a protein we'd normally eat or find easily either. Just not as relatable as the short videos I saw online that made me interested in his cookbook. There aren't enough appealing recipes to justify keeping this, so I'm returning it. Also, a lot of recipes call for his brand of starches (pasta, rice), so this is cross-selling with his own food company. Just an FYI.

So excited to have these recipes in a book!! Iโve followed shred happens on Instagram and have made many of the recipes, which are all beautiful, protein packed, flavorful, and delicious!! Arash shares his journey at the beginning of the book, which is honest, thoughtful, and inspiring!! The book is beautifully photographed! The recipes are simple to follow, using aromatic spices, that take each dish to the next level. I bought this book for myself and for my daughter, on the same day she bought the book for herself and for me. We were so excited for the release, that we ordered on its release date. We will just have to gift the extra book, to a deserving person. Thanks for my new favorite cookbook!
