Do exactly what there supposed to

These are better than Nicorette gums, they seem to have more nicotine although they both say 4mg. I quit smoking following a heart attack last september and i’ve tried both brands over almost a year. These keep me satisfied for a little over an hour so they are my favourite ones if they are available at a good price. You aren’t supposed to treat them like normal chewing gum. Read the instructions on the leaflet they say to chew till they are soft and store on your gum repeating when the taste goes completely. God send for me as i had to stop smoking straight away without wanting to.

If you're truly ready to quit and willing to push through a slightly bitter flavor, I highly recommend giving this a try. It worked for me, and I genuinely didn’t think anything would.

The best brand out there the flavour lasts for ages.The price was the best we found anywhere.I would highly recommend for anyone looking to give up smoking.

Help stave off the cravings. Flavour wears off quick and I’m not a fan of chewing gum when it has no flavour left but if it keeps me from smoking I’ll take that

These chewing gums are really helping to give up smoking. I did use them now and then on a day out with family and they did work but I wasn't ready to give up at that point. Now I am in a better place, they are working remarkably and I am well on my way to give up smoking completely.

تساعد على الاقلاع(استعمالها ليس مثل العلكة لا تمضغها فتره اكثر من ٣٠ ثانية. لازم تحطها بين اللثه لمدة نص ربع ساعة بعدين تعلكها فتره قصيرة و ترجعها بين اللثه لمدة نص ساعة)
