These are brilliant. They dont taste weird like the mint ones or make you want to cough. Takes off the craving immediately. Be careful chewing gum constantly as it will cause you to have bile duct problems. I just care it for a few seconds feel the itch for a cig to go away then take it out until I Need it again. I go through about 5 pieces a day which is nothing compared to a 20 a day cig habit.

It makes me go a bit loopy and hurts my tounge a bit but it tastes nice and calms me down in stressful times when I need to have a 🚬 but can't. 1- staying sober 2- 🚬 in some situations is not acceptable so the gum is a good alternative :D

Finally decided it was time to give up vaping, after using vaping to give up smoking.. These are helping but I find I am almost constantly chewing one, so the pack is fast running out, helps with the craving but doesn't replace the habit, you still need willpower - 1 week and counting! Intimal flavour is indeed and slight fruit one, but then follows with a standard hard chewing gum feel/flavour, also notice that ever now and again I get a very dry throat when using this and can cause a cough, assume this is the nicotine.
