I recommend having it in fresh fruit juice to hide the flavour as it doesn’t taste great. And also having it with food or after food as did make me feel nauseous whilst my body was becoming accustomed to it. Otherwise highly recommend

Fantastic way to keep healthy levels of minerals in your body. Small bottle is great for on the go. I use them in any drinks hot or cold (heat won't destroy minerals). Great product.

Good product, but too pricey for continuous use!

I use this in my reverse osmosis water which has been stripped of minerals. Without this the RO water taste a bit odd and not to my liking. This makes it much more drinkable and on part with bottled mineral water. It would be good if calcium was added to this to add a silky taste to the water.

Part of my new daily protocol. Hard to describe the benefits as used in conjunction with other products. I use a few drops in about a litre of water and drink through the day.

Second bottle bought for my daughter, I've been taking 3 drops a day, she told me my hair and skin look great lately, and my nails are growing well, and not bleeding and sore any more, yahhhhhh. Thanks.

Quality product

This is a product that I also once purchased through Whole Foods, so not my first use. I find that 10 drops in water in the am, is a good way to start my daily hydration goal, and overall, I feel like I sleep better with use of this product ( maybe it’s the magnesium?) Some will increase their dose but I stay at the 10 drops daily, & find it’s especially helpful when I’m working a lot or incorporating more exercise into my day.

I have a severe allergy to a baseline ingredient in every multivitamin, so I patch through with separate vitamins I need and can take. But what I was missing was minerals. Using this has made a huge difference in my energy in particular. But I'd recommend starting at an even lower start dosage. I'm getting results with 10 drops a day and it does cause slight baackground nausea even at that dose. I use it with morning coffee (with milk, which you'd think would buffer the nausea). As long as I eat with an hour or two, the nausea is not a problem. Overall, great stuff--just think carefully about your dosage if you're sensitive to meds (I am)
