The television works well. The picture is clear and relatively bright, and the sound is very good without a soundbar.....it's just right for our 4-season sunroom.Setup was straight forward except for adding an Amazon Fire TV Stick....I could not get the volume and on/off controls to work, and Svlvox is not listed as a selection with the Fire TV Stick for the brand of TV I had. Getting through to support was a lengthy process (many attempts by phone & email), but I finally got an answer on what to do....select "Toshiba" as the brand....and when I did that, I got full functionality.Concluding thoughts:1 - It's a good TV for a sunroom - the price & performance are right for me (they have another version for "full-sun").2 - Setup - there needs to be documentation with Sylvox (either online or written) on what to do with a Fire TV Stick (it would be good to have it somewhere on Amazon also).3 - Sylvox Service Support - they need more people to answer their inquiries - they have the answers when you finally connect, it's just too hard to reach them.

So far so good!!! I did have to buy a bigger mount but was able to use a few of the holes from the previous mount!It looks and works great! I added my Firestick to the back and was able to put the waterproof cover back on! It’s under an eave and I’m nottoo worried about the back getting wet. But then I logged into Google TV and was able to get all my apps - DirecTv, Apple TV, Paramount +, Prime, Disney, Hulu, NetFlix, etc.The picture quality is amazing! And I was in full sun! It’s like watching TV inside. I went from baseball to soccer to Godfather 2 with no issues or complaints.Frankly, I am surprised at the quality and value! If you were cautious like me, I read review after review from a few sources. The housing is amazing yet the TV is not that heavy. It even has an internal cooling fan!Highly recommend!!!

Awesome TV and customer support. I had a few questions before I purchased and Sylvox Customer Service was very helpful. That led to the purchase of the Sylvox Outdoor TV, 55 inch Pro Deck 2.0. It was easy to set up. The picture quality is great. This TV is built rock solid. Even the remote is waterproof. I am super satisfied with this TV and look forward to years of service.

This TV has great picture and sound quality for an outdoor TV. I really enjoy having it on my back patio. The remote is waterproof with a rubber sealed battery compartment and rubber sealed buttons, great for using near the pool. I did have an issue with the TV going blank and the screen not working after about a month, but the seller promptly fixed the issue by sending me a new TV and return label for the old TV.

Was very skeptical of purchasing this item. This TV works great, picture is better than I expected. Very satisfied with this product.

Works like a charm. So far only thing I've noticed is the slower than normal response to remote commands. I suspect this is true of all outdoor TVs given the waterproof pack and frame. Otherwise, great picture and the price was good. I'd recommend it to my firends.

This TV is such a value for the money! Super easy to set up! The customer service team is very responsive and helpful! We were struggling with getting a good/excellent wifi signal strength. Out access point was located in front of the tv and the customer service rep suggested moving the access point closer to the back. So we built a little house for it above towards the back side of the TV. Now our signal strength is always excellent! We are very pleased with our purchase!

Item fan is ruining very loud.
