What a wonderful tool. Smooth black tube, easy to insert with or without lube. The width\girth is actually quiet comfortable being relatively slim. The length is a moot point. Yes it is sufficient, probably more than sufficient, reaching deep & cleaning well. Whilst I hesitate to criticise this lovely toy, I believe that it can be improved upon, potentially in 3 discrete areas; (1) the single large hole might be improved by multiple smaller holes; (2) the length could be - slightly - extended, just to reach that tiny bit further, say 12\13\14 inches; (3) the girth could increased - actually quite considerably - and still remain comfortable, say another inch or two [I for on would definitely enjoy the last two refinements :-) ]. That said an excellent purchase, highly efficient and achieved the desired results for all concerned.

Very easy to use, goes to just the right length and is flexible enough to follow your curves inside. A Good healthy clean out can be achieved with this nozzle if used with shower hose or enema syringe without any problems. Use regularly to clean out your colon and rectum completely ready for anal play or maybe a butt plug.

No Problems and is a pretty straight forward tool - A little long and takes a while to get used to but perfect once you found your comfort position. I recommend definitely checking the water temperature before inserting because I imagine if you're in for a deep clean once it's up to your second ring.....You won't feel it till its already there which can be a disaster if it's too hot. this is well made and works exactly as it should. Its nice and long and flexible enough without being too flexible. It does seem to 'stick' slightly when using it so go slow and be careful ( goes without saying really !! ) It attaches to the shower perfectly with no leaks and is easy to use.

As many people already mentioned, this one will reach deep so you can clean well the small intestine! Very good material, easy to clean and bends perfect!

This is very comfortable to use. Watch the heat and water flow, but does a great job. Depending how deep you need to go, this one certainty will go as deep as I need it as my partner is 11 inches and I like to be completely clean. Best one I've bought. If you're not going deep, the extra length acts as a very good place to hold onto it, flexible, but not so soft its droopy like the rest of the shower hose.

The product is long. But only has one large hole right on the end. You have to use the water pressure very carefully otherwise its just not good or comfortable. The hole on mine is quite roughand the plastic is not very smooth so lots of lube needs to be used for it to be comfortable, which soon disappears given the size of hole in it and volume of water coming out. I found it just too uncomfortable to use. There are others with multiple holes in the end and the plastic is super shiny smooth and slide in your ass much easierand are much better in my opinion.

It honestly feels like a miracle with how effective and gentle it is. Simply dial in the temperature and use your shower's existing three-way valve to adjust the flow to the nozzle attachment in place of your shower wand, and you will achieve colonic nirvana. The length is perfect to place the water right where it needs to go, just beyond the Sigmoid bend, which is the real obstacle for most people. It's never been so easy for me to get squeaky clean. Diverticulosis sufferers, this product is—finally—the one.

Arrivato ieri e provato subito devo dire eccezionale. Mi sento di dire che va usato con estrema cautela e' un tubo lungo ma molto morbido quindi non è molto fastidioso però nel momento in cui si avverte resistenza nel l'inserimento non insistere essendo di una certa lunghezza non è detto che entri tutto ognuno di noi e' diverso forzare significa provocarsi danni molto seri inoltre essendo collegato direttamente alla doccia anche la pressione va regolata con cura una eccessiva pressione dell'acqua può provocare danni seri. Quindi se usato con cura e' un ottimo strumento per fare un vero lavaggio completo dell'intestino e devo dire che la sensazione di essere puliti e' fantastica lo Consiglio
