The lid feels pretty solid and drop resistant. I flicked through about 20 listings and they all seemed to have fragile looking crystal plastic lids with lots of complaints about them breaking very quickly. I'm not sure what plastic was used for the lid but it feels good. They don't claim it's leak resistant when open, but if you only have the straw hole open with a straw inside, the silicone flaps seem to stop most of the leaking as long as you pick it up quickly. I knocked it over on the couch expecting a big spillage but it was only a couple of drops. I'm terrible for knocking cups over so this was good. My girlfriend has a branded Stanley cup and this feels just as good and not like most of the cheap ones you'll find on here. It says you're not supposed to put hot drinks in so I haven't. It also says no carbonated drinks. I put mountain dew and vodka in and nothing bad happened. Well worth buying a silicone ice mold for this. I did and it kept a drink cold for over a day. I finished it and the next day there was still ice inside. Quality product overall and I'm glad I shopped around. It's fantastic for a very good price. I got the white model and it looks pretty nice. A small embossed brand logo in chrome but it's not intrusive.

The quality of this cup is great and much cheaper than the big known brand. My daughter loves it although for an 11 year old it’s enormous and looks like a comedy cup. It’s not so funny when I’m the one left carrying it though! In the heat wave it kept her drink really cold, it’s a gorgeous colour, holds lots of liquid, however it’s massive and gets heavy when full.

I searched a lot about tumblers. I was between Stanley and Yeti. I watched youtube videos comparing these 2 brands. I saw both of them was leaking. I don’t want to give lots of money to a tumbler and after disappointed. I was Contigo travel mug user and searched Contigo and found out is not leaking, same size as others (big enough 1.2lt) I am quite happy with my tumbler which keeps long cold my drinks during these hot days and helps me a lot to drink water. I liked my Coral tumbler and can’t recommend it enough. I would like to but other colours too. Only things wish Contigo can provide spare straw, lids etc for who needs to replace it 👍🏻

I love this cup use it for work and for the gym, great value for money and keeps my drinks cold for hours. Made of quality materials has taken several bumps and has no marks to show. Easy to keeps clean. My only gripe would be the straw is rigid and not flexible.

Great value, I have two as I couldn't make up my mind on a colour . Keeps drink cold for hours....excellent Stanley alternative.

Keeps drinks cool. Holds a good volume - great in hot weather. Will fit in the middle console of my car. Easy to clean. Looks good and still works well 6 months later. Heavy to carry but useful for anyone who finds it hard to regularly refill their drink at work as it holds so much liquid.

I’m a little disappointed in this as Contigo has previously provided me with top quality ware. This is large, apparently robust and keeps drink cold well into the next day. However, it’s the first Contigo cup I’ve had where the lid doesn’t screw on with the drinking holes perpendicular to the handle. Not an issue using the straw but awkward otherwise. Furthermore, it does not appear to be leakproof like my other cups of the same brand.

Contiguous Tumbler. This water bottle is perfect. Bought one and after a few days thought I getter have a Stanley like every one else in the gym so I returned it. The Stanley leaked in the bag unless you stand it upright. So the Stanley went back and I reordered the Contiguous and it does not leak in my bag.

This is the ONLY tumbler with a screw on lid that doesn’t leak while giving you the option for a straw. I’ve used it for hot beverages it lasts 4-5 hours, used it to brew tea using a little tea infuser that fits in perfectly. Great for Yerba Mate, Guayusa tea, coffee and of course water. Keeps it cold for longer than I need. Easy to clean. Enough capacity to last a day. I throw it in my backpack without any worry of leaks. Plain and simple, this is the ULTIMATE tumbler. The capability here can’t be replicated by any other brand, therefore I stand by Contigo and their products. My 3rd Contigo product. Affordable, reliable and aesthetically pleasing.

This is the 4th product I bought from Contigo, the first was 12 years ago and still with me . They are made of high quality, durable materials. Very functional and strong. I love this color and design. Started using immediately. Cold waters last long until 24 hours with ice . Will be getting another one soon. Thank you
