Love this product so much!
I love this product so much, it provides a fantastic lasting finish on your make up without looking like you've lost a fight with the flour cupboard. It gives your makeup a soft finish and doesn't settle into wrinkles as long as applied correctly and smells lovely too. Both translucent and extra coverage are brilliant shade wise so if your very fair skinned than this is a great face powder to use. It last well too due to large size and the only way it could be better is if they changed the packaging for something more eco friendly but other then that I can not fault this product at all its excellent. The only thing that really upsets me is when the price fluctuates so wildly! I useless buy it for £9.99 and it would sometimes creep up to £12.00 but lately its crept up to £20.00! Thats ridiculous! I don't buy it then and won't as its just insane. The only reason I was prepared to spend £10-£12 in the first place was because of the amount of product you get, its 35grams. I mention the amount as I've seen it listed a 65grams but it isn't unless they're weighing the packaging too! The amount of product is 35grams but even then I can't not justify the recent price hikes. Please keep this a reasonable price as its an amazing product that I'd hate to have to do without.

Silky smooth skin!
As someone who likes to bake their makeup, but is sick and tired of the cakey, powdery look that can occur with most powders, I bought this on a whim after being recommended to by Tati (GlamLifeGuru) on YouTube. Now, I'm not one to usually spend this much on a powder (my old powder was £3.99!) but I did to see if I could get the coverage, mattification, blendability and non cakeiness I desired. This arrived very quickly (within 3 days if I remember rightly) and came with another amazon order I had purchased at the same time The first thing I noticed was how huge it was! I don't think I will run out of this in the next 5 years, as my old powder was 12g and I've had that for a year and it hasn't run out yet! A++ for the amount of product in here, 65g will keep me going for a long time and in my opinion justifies the £12 price tag.The lid is a pull off lid and not a screw on, which may be a negative to some people, however it fits snugly and I think is good for this type of product as it stops powder flying everywhere. There is a sifter on the top which dispenses a good amount of product- not too much and not too little. The scent of this is rather musky, I wouldn't say it has a floral scent like everyone else says. Maybe thats just my nose though, but the scent is quite strong so its lucky that I like the muskier scents!I applied this in the way I would with a normal bake, heavy application under my eyes and on my nose, then dust off and use the excess as a powder for the rest of my face. I would say the powder gave me a demi matte finish- it wasn't completely matte, but it wasn't shiny either. It didnt look cakey underneath my eyes which is my trouble spot, and it wore beautifully throughout the day. Usually, my makeup rubs off half way through the day but it seemed to work against that happening, and my face didnt get majorly shiny either!Overall, I am really happy with this product, and would advise anyone who is thinking about purchase to go for it (unless you don't like strong scents!)

Great product
I bought this for my wedding makeup after getting several recommendations for it and have loved it ever since. It's a fantastic loose powder and performs so well at a great price point. It's my go-to powder now.

Nice face powder
It’s not life changing, but this is my favourite powder I’ve found so far (apart from Hourglass ambient lighting powders but they’re 6 times as expensive and for finishing not for setting). Keeps oil at bay, relatively blurring. The smell of this is very strong and grandma-ey but it disappates very quickly once on your face so I wouldn’t worry about it unless your skin is very sensitive to fragrance or it gives you headaches.Very finely milled which leaves a very smooth surface on the skin - can imagine it would be good for baking but I haven’t tested this as I prefer a dewy look. If you use a fine dusting like I do it doesn’t look powdery or flat or textured. Helps stop under-eye concealer from creasing. It’s translucent but does have a slightly pale flesh tone to it so I’m not sure how it would work on deep skintones.Top tip: keep the powder puff in it. From experience: if you don’t, too much powder escapes into the top chamber and then it goes everywhere

City Airspun loose face powder. Extra coverage
I have pale skin and do ware a lot of sun cream, in the hot weather. I liked the original translucent powder by Coty , made in the U.S.A. . Because it WAS translucent! In the true sense of the word. . It was value for money and didn't have an overbearing, cheap perfume smell. A little powder looked quite natural. It does contain parabens which is a no no! for me plus other chemicals. l hope that the occlusive sun cream, creates a protective barrier. As some of the products here, are reported to be carcinogenic. The primarily reason that l have to put a little powder, on top of the sun cream. Is that without it, l shine like a weather balloon. I tried this new upgraded powder, the difference is that it is NOT translucent yes but also it has a tint. A slight one but on my arm it is an obvious tint. It has a finer milled texture and It does last. You can see it on the skin and it can look obvious. I find the perfume in it, is far too strong and overbearing. I could smell it wafting in the air outside. We don't all like the smell of baby powder. Now this is made in China! Another no no for me, as they do not practice, none animal cruelty. Or have the same strict rules about additives. Not sure if l would buy this, new upgraded powder again. I will try to get hold of the old original one. It wasn't as finely milled but it doesn't stink like a baby's bottom. Clean baby's bottom l might add. Or look like caked Matt foundation. Hence the three stars. It's ok. But not as good as the original. Wish that l had stuck to that. Value for money? Only if you like it.
