Not too huge as it comes in several pieces for you to assemble.

I bought this last year, it is now over a year I think, the right hand side break has come off, any solutions would be appreciated, Lefthand side good

No, but does need a little bit of assembling. Most challenging parts are the brakes! Well worth the effort- it is a very useful trolley inside the house.
