Really impressed with these...easy to use, decent taste, and they work fast. Perfect for quick energy when i was skiing. Some might not like the "jelly" texture though

They’re not the cheapest, but the way they work is brilliant. Great hydration, easy to take while running, and no need to carry a bottle with me. These helped me finish my first 10K charity run with zero stops, thanks SIS GO!Price to quality is spot on, they are tasty and they often run good promos too. Long shelf life, and every time you see them lying around they remind you to get out and train. Highly recommend giving them a try.

These gels are great and provide some energy. I was expecting to feel more but they do something! They are really easy to use and taste nice! Will say if you haven’t used them before, they are weird at first but really good once you get used to them!

When i did the Spartan obstacle race a couple of years ago, I really suffered from cramps on my legs. My friend has a couple extra energy gels which I had that helped me recover quickly and complete the race, it was quite effective and kept me hydrated as well. Since it was my first time, the taste wasn't pleasant, but now looking back i see the pack i had was blackcurrent, which isn't my fav flavour.I have now bought a pack of 15 so I can carry these during my trip to the Everest base camp.this pack is value for money and easy to use each of these on the go and of course not to forget it has lots of health benefits too.

My go to running gels! Used to get them at home bargains for 89p a sachet, but they seem to have stopped doing them. So £4.99 for 7 sachets is a bargain and a variety of flavours aswell. Long dated - EXP Jan 27, bought May 26.

The gels are decent. The ingredients are OK and you don't feel the effect as much.They taste as the flavour describes it, fruity!They are easy to swallow and do not need water to get through them.However, I had an issue with my order, one gel was removed with the package open, and I could not return it, unfortunately.

Easy to get down, helps in my long runs. Taste is fine and I personally don't really notice an aftertaste

Do 5 stelle piene perché, alla fine dei conti, quello che conta di più è il risultato e questo gel a base di elettroliti fa il suo lavoro in modo eccezionale. Durante l'attività la carica energetica si sente.Devo essere onesto sul sapore: deve piacere, perché per i miei gusti alcune varianti sono un po' stomachevoli e difficili da deglutire. So bene che formulare prodotti con elettroliti non è semplice e tutto non si può avere, ma visto che l'efficacia è da dieci e lode, il prodotto merita assolutamente il massimo dei voti. Consigliato a chi cerca prestazioni al top! Ma l'azienda deve cercare di rendere il sapore più gradevole o cambiare gusti.
