No resistance to buying these again as they offer excellent resistance!!! Excellent resistance bands for all levels. Complete in a handy bag.

A great set from beginner to advanced
Due to a back and neck issue I was given some exercises from my osteopath using resistance bands. This set is great as there are different strengths if that's the right word. I was able start gently with the 'light' and start building up. I'm not using the strongest band yet. They are a great length for me - perfect for use. The user manual with example exercises and storage back is also great.

Quality!
Great bands, great quality and such lovely shades of colour. The only thing to improve is the width as they could do with being wider, which would feel better when stretched against the skin.

No resistance in these flimsy bands
The media could not be loaded. Far too thin and flimsy. When stretching they become misshapen. Even the 'heavy' band has barely any resistance. Don't think they would last very long at all. Am returning and will buy a better quality set elsewhere.
