***UPDATE*** After messaging with Jiesite, the seller, they were able to replace the broken chips I needed. So I can now move my review from 1 star to 5! Thank you Jiesite for being willing to work this issue out without having to send the set back and potentially "roll the dice" on another one. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Immediately after receiving my 500 poker chip set yesterday, I checked every chip for defects/flaws. I did find a total of 13 chips that had cracks, dings, and one where the center sticker was scuffed and another where the value amount was half faded. Like the printer was possibly running out of ink. Overall the chips are great quality, no center stickers were peeling up or off center and they stack well. The case is sturdy and well built. Which is much needed for 500 hefty 14 gram chips. Nice cards and position buttons. I did contact Amazon customer service about a solution concerning the 13 defected chips. But the only thing they could do on their end is suggest that I send the whole thing back in hopes of getting a better set the next time. Jiesite, if you're seeing this I'd appreciate if you could make this right and send replacement chips for the defected ones I received. I've included pictures so the correct count of each color I need can be seen. I'd REALLY like to give this poker chip set 5 stars, but if a brand new product comes with broken pieces I just can't do it. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback.

GREAT set of quality chips in very sturdy case. Chips are not denominated, which works perfect for my games. I bought two sets thinking I needed additional chips for my games, but one set is more than enough for our hold ‘em $1 / $2 games. The chips in the case feel quite heavy, but not bulky. It’s he feel you want with a set of quality chips. The metal dealer button and others are a nice touch, but the chips are the star of the show. No regrets (except buying two sets, which is one too many for my needs). I’m not one of those guys who handles moderation well. I am beyond satisfied with these chips which I have received multiple compliments on.

I don't really write reviews but had to for this one. I'm a table games dealer on the strip and just got my chips today and gotta say that these feel just as authentic (if not more) than the chips I deal with at work. The craftmanship is legit with the rounded edges and smooth clay texture. Very classy looking chip that's not too glossy but not too bland either. Comes with a nice looking matte grey case that is durable, easy to latch and carry around. Definitely worth the money if you're serious about getting some high quality chips that will last you a lifetime.

Chips are very uniform with the same printing on both sides. They have slightly rounded edges so they don't feel sharp to hold. The gold ring is a reflective material with a repeating pattern. The edge marks are clear and unique. They shuffle in the hand well (they're fairly smooth) and stack well but they are a bit too thin for me to easily pick up off a marble surface. Not a problem off a felt surface. Comparing them to common non-clay chips (slug weighted suit/dice style chips and blank diamond chips as shown in a couple of the photos): they have the same weight and heft as the suit/dice chips but a nicer texture. They are far superior to the unweighted non-clay diamond chip I compared them to. Overall, not a bad chip for the money.

Update: They replaced the set and the new case as undamaged and looks and works great! ******** The actual chips are terrific(all consistent colors, weights, etc. with no visible flaws) and will definitely be a big step up from my old, basic chips. I also bought 100 of the $10 chips and 50 of the $50 chips separately to bridge between the $5 and $25 and the $25 and $100 chips to prevent having to make change or count large stacks of chips. I docked one star for the case they came in—either bad construction of the internal dividers or rough handling in transit (especially with such heavy chips inside) resulted in the wood dividers being broken and the internal compartments being a bit of a mess.
