It is an excellent product. I had the same one earlier but it was dropped by me daughter and it broke. So I again went for the same one as my previous experience was really good.

Works very well It is not a premium quality iron according to its weight and steam power but a very decent normal daily use iron It is very good according to its price

Non-existent customer service! Within 1.5 years of purchase, this iron started tripping our home's electric MCB every time it was turned on. Even though it is still under its 2-year warranty, Black & Decker's service is non-existent. The call center gives you a complaint token quickly, but the actual service center never responds. Very frustrating experience. Save your money and buy from a brand that actually offers after-sales support.

I was doubtful before ordering this but after using this product I am quite satisfied. Best part is water leakage do not take place. Its steam works like a charm. Its bit heavy in comparison to regular Irons but i think you wont mind it after seeing how quickly you are able to Iron your clothes. I am using this product since more than 2 months and I am satisfied. In some of the reviews you will find that they found some droplets in the water tank and considering it as a used one when they receive. I would like to bring forward the point that this also happens because of the quality test done at the company itself.

I have been using black and decker iron and car vacuum cleaner for long, hence this was a natural choice. This iron comes with auto-switch off and no drip functionality and both are a boon. The no drip function makes sure that there are no spills when u don’t use the steam function. The auto-switch off helps in case u forgot to switch off while attending to any task while ironing. The iron is quite heavy and help remove the crease and provides a good iron, so u do not need to press hard but just glide. Its not too heavy which would dissuade ironing at home. The non-stick ironing plate ensures that the iron keeps glididng across surfaces without picking up any dirt(as its been only a month, hence cannot vouch for this fact just now)

I received the product on time which I really appreciate that, the product is heavy and bulky but no complain on that one as it easy to use. The only problem I have is that the warranty card was not provided along with the product.

Ordered this Steam Iron after going through tonnes of review in general and on Amazon. This is the first Black & Decker product, I've ever ordered or purchased. So to say the least, it has not yet dissappointed. The iron is quite heavy, steam feature are Top- Notch and does the job quite nicely. The linen shirts and pure cottons gets easily decreased in just one sliding off the iron. So would recommend this.
