2 major issues related to apps on the TV, however switch oled works on the TV.
This is a bad smart TV, for two reasons: 1- If you are buying it since it is smart and cheap, then note that apps take time to load and work slowly. I think the processor of this TV is not capable enough of handling smart features. 2- Some apps randomly stop working after some time (a day or a week, it depends) for example IPTV, the remote will suddenly stop working. To fix this you have to reset the TV settings each time. However, it is worth mentioning that Switch Oled works on the TV with no issues.

Only good thing is picture Quality otherwise it has below average features
Giving Review after 3 months of usage. 1. Tv operating system is too slow and laggy. It takes long to open a app or settings. 2. Wifi always connecting and disconnecting. 3. Sound quality is very cheap. 4. Picture Quality is good but it has no vrr or hdr support for PS-5. 5. Low storage space. after installing 5 to 6 apps it gets full.

I bought because my QLED Samsung suddenly give half screen dark and as usual no support from Samsung i bought this tv because Its cheap but guess what the tv better than Samsung and sound is decent and software is fast buy it and dont care about brand save money

NOT WORTH BUYING
The TV is very slow to respond. The processor is not adequate to handle the applications. You cannot open two application at the same time. Although it is at SAR1999 you can buy better tvs if you spend SAR500 more. I am returning it. Not satisfied at all. I will recommend you to go for a TCL or a Hisense.
