I bought this to take to our cabin, but wanted to try it out at home first and see how it matches up with my other two scales. I’m a little addicted to tracking metrics beyond weight. I tell my friends all the time, in this day of GLP-1 meds and weight-loss at any cost, we NEED to be watching your bone health and muscle mass! Being “skinny” might feel nice, but it doesn’t mean much if your body isn’t strong and healthy! I encourage anyone trying to improve health to track body composition!OK, off my soapbox.I set this up alongside my other scales to test to decide whether to keep. I wanted to try another brand to see the differences. First of all, no home body composition scale will be completely accurate. You can trust the weight and understand that body composition is directionally accurate and use these devices to track your trends. Always weigh fasted at the same time of day for consistency.The app for this scale is great. See sample screenshots. Setup was easy. The app even has functionality to measure your heart rate using your phone’s camera. It’s very accurate. The body composition metrics from this scale are very closely aligned with those of my other composition scale and close my InBody metrics. I feel comfortable with the accuracy of the measurements for a home scale and it will be great to take to our cabin to keep tabs while I’m there. It’s larger than my others (on the far right in pic), which I think would be preferable for a larger person. It’s easy to read, transmits data to my phone immediately, and has a sleek design.

My teenage boys really like this scale. It is in their bathroom. They love that they can track everything on the app. They say it is accurate and tracking is key.

The scale is awesome, I never knew you could measure so many different metrics in two seconds on a scale like that.I'm trying this on three different devices to make sure it's not a problem with my phone/tablet, but the Bluetooth connection is new adventure every time I use it. Sometimes it remembers the device, sometimes I have to add it. Sometimes it connects, most of the time it doesn't on the tablet but will then immediately work fine on the phone...UPDATE: I restarted my tablet and that seems to have cleared up most of the issues. I'll never understand BT, but I do know I have some devices that are rock solid. I know this an industry challenge, so I'm going to ding this product too badly because of it.This, I can't let go: the software is a 50/50 chance if it makes you log in or "register" every time you open the app. I'm really hoping they'll read this and improve the BT and app access "logon" with an app update. Using a Pixel 7 phone and 1 year old Lenovo tablet, FWIW.

Scale is accurate. Additional readings are so-so. Good if you are looking for a baseline idea. The app is easy to use and set up.

I love that I can connect the scale to my phone and keep track. I also love that you can register different people in the app and keep track of everyone's weight. I can keep track of how much weight im losing while keeping track of how much my toddler gains. I will say sometimes the app and the scale show 2 different numbers but sometimes its like the app just rounds up or down but its no biggy.

I’m addicted! I’ve been on a weight loss program for about 3 months (well most of my life) but just used a conventional scale. I love love love this scale. The fact that it reads all the details of your fat -visceral and subcutaneous - is amazing. I actually believe it helps me keep on track much better. Especially when you read what your body age is and you realize just how old you shouldn’t be (yes, it’s a reality check). The app is easy to use and links to my FitBit and also Cronometer calorie program. So 5 stars for its usefulness, quality, price point, and ease of use. Take the plunge and buy one!
