I have been looking for a strong, hardwood cutting board with juice grooves that is lighter weight as most on the market are very heavy and thick. These boards are absolutely perfect. They are made of carbonized bamboo which is stronger and withstands grooves from knives unlike acacia. They double as charcuterie boards on the opposite side with slots for crackers or bread, and they have handles on the sides to make handling easier. All 3 sizes are perfect for cutting lemons and garlic to vegetables to bread and roasts. I love them so much that I purchased another set as a gift for my daughter and she loves them just as much. We hand wash them and use food grade mineral oil regularly to avoid future splitting/drying of the wood and they look brand new. The color is perfect as well. These are the best cutting boards I've used. Buy them! You won't regret it!

I love my bamboo cutting boards! They are durable, lightweight, and look great on my counter. The surface is gentle on my knives and super easy to clean (just remember—no dishwasher). Plus, it feels good knowing they are eco-friendly. Perfect for everyday use! Very smooth cutting boards, but they do lack grip on the bottoms so do tend to slide a little if you aren’t careful, quality overall is very good. I would recommend.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Bamboo was recommended for its ability to be cleaned easily, but it doesn't hold in bacteria and other things that may be harmful to the body, The Cutting Boards look well made and are pleasing to the eye easy to handle as well as the groove around the outside to catch liquids before they run off The Cutting Board.

It's nice, yet, needs Boos oil rubbed in before use. It will protect the wood when used.Understand the size of each cutting board.Overall, it gets the job done and easy to clean.

I was reading an article about the best cutting boards and a link to this item was supplied. The price is very reasonable and I made the decision to throw out all of my cutting boards (because they were getting pretty gross looking) and ordered this set. We wanted to move away from the plastic cutting boards we had for years and these are a great, healthier option. We dedicated the smallest board to fruit, the medium size to veggies and the largest one to meat. We purchased some mineral oil to preserve them and a wire rack for our counter top. The rack keeps them separated for total drying and they look great in our kitchen too. These were a great deal to get three cutting boards for the price. I highly recommend them.
