Glittery liner
This was the only liquid eyeliner that was in my budget. When you apply it you can feel the glitter though, if you get a little like mist or water it can handle and more it is fully dry. It you do a mistake quicky wipe it away with a wet q-tip it will be fine. The brush can get dry so, shake it like before use and apply it. I also noticed that it looks better when put on black liner. I do thing a longer brush would be nice.

It doesn't look good and even it looks kinda cheap ,,the money is way more it's should not cost more than Rs 80 , because even the simple black eyeliner looks good
