Good fit (3mm) for a noticeable improvement with my inline skates.
Eliminated my lateral heel-slippage in my K2 inline boots. Way increased the stability when shifting my weight, and in power transfer when pushing off. I felt a lot more confident on my inlines as a newish skater, especially with things like balancing on one foot, braking, and reverse crossovers. Also eliminated a lot of my ankle fatigue, because I didn’t have to tense all the muscles in my feet and lower legs whenever I needed more power! Just remember to *roll* your socks on, as the EZeefits can ride up if you’re accustomed to just yanking socks on, as i am.

Does well for filling out snowboarding boots.
I haven't snow boarded in many years. Getting back into it since my kids are now old enough to ski/snowboard. My boots never fit well and the first time out this year I had severe problems with my ankle popping in my boots, and having to crank my boots down so far my toes tingled and I had intense pain in one foot. Although I haven't yet gone out with these inserts in my boots I've done some test fitting and these booties allow me to use thinner socks and not crank down the boots nearly so far. I had another pair of these for my daughter for her speed skates (sadly they got lost somehow) and these worked well for making those fit better. Will update when snow season starts again.

Great for adjusting fit
These solved the heel lift in my boots. Maybe a little expensive for what they are - but cheaper than buying a new pair of boots.

A magical cure for blisters.
For the past 6 years I have been getting huge blisters on the insides of my heels from my cross country ski boots and my ice skates. Articles about blisters claimed the problem is heel lift in the newer more form fitting boots. Those articles recommended insoles with thick heels, various kinds of tape, softening the contours of the insides of the boots with duct tape or athletic tape. I tried everything. 2, 3 4 layers of tape. Nothing worked. If I tried to ski more than a mile or so I would get blisters the size of half dollars that would take 2 weeks to heal. But today I wore these for the first time. Magic. No rubbing. No blisters. I skied nearly 4 miles today with no ill effects on my feet whatsoever. These things are amazing.

Improved skating balance and performance
The inline skates I bought a couple months ago are just about perfect fit length-wise, but I have a slight amount of extra room in the heel and my heel can lift up and down. I thought these would help and they did that and more. I no longer have any heel lift wearing these and they seemed to improve my balance a lot especially in certain things like skating backwards and just general one-foot balance. It's not as if I had poor balance before, so I didn't realize it could be even better than it was, and things could be a lot easier. I thought I just needed more experience. If you have any movement at all in the heel of your skates, I highly recommend getting these.

Use for inline skating
Great fit, and not too obtrusive. Best for skates as well if you need a tighter fit.

Lifesaver
Fits well, comfortable, and does the job keeping my Dr Marten boots from rubbing against my ankles.

GARBAGE
I'd like to meet the guy that decided it was a good idea to place the seam of the bootie right along the back of the heel. the seam is large and rough and placed exactly in the place where people buying a product like this would have problems. I wore these for 1 day and the blisters were worse than if I had used nothing. EPIC FAIL!
