At this point I don't know how to rate it. At this point I don't like it. I'm still trying to determine if I can use it as a reference, but I'm not sure. For example, the section titled "Fine Tune Your Message" is so boring I can't read it. Also, the Appendixes offer no useful information for me. But to be fair in my review I must say that my rating of this book this may be due to the fact that I already have so many great reference materials for writing form and grammar and style. If you don't have any reference materials on writing this book may be a help to you. You will have to decide for yourself.
