[SAJO] Korean Food Perilla oil / (10.8 fl oz / 320ml)

I use to buy this locally but can't find it anymore. I was so happy to find it here on Amazon. I use this to replace sesame oil in recipes. I get horrible acid reflux from the sesame oil but not from this. And it tastes exactly the same to me.

Being of Korean heritage, I find that I consistently need sesame oil and perilla oil. This was my initial experience purchasing a food item from Amazon, and I am quite pleased with it! The taste was exactly as I anticipated!

I was a new user and decided to try this because I was trying to to find what made the pad thai from a local eatery taste so good and found that this was one of the ingredients.I love this oil. I've used it when I've made pad thai and on green beans, bok choy, and broccoli.It only takes a few drops to flavor;those few drops go a long way.It's light tasting if you don't add too much. It's similar to sesame but to me tastes better.Also, unlike my experience with sesame, I had no allergic-type reaction to it.

Looooove this oil!!! This is the perfect stand in for fish sauce(especially for fish allergy)in your cooking/recipes-just keep in mind a little goes a long way!! It provides a great umami flavor. Very versatile to use in various ways. Great quality for the price!! Have bought this regularly-always keeping 1 to spare so I never run out!!
